Alliance BJJ Houston was a different kind of workout experience. When I accepted the 42 day challenge, I had no idea what to expect. Then I set my goal to lose 5% body fat. Let the fun begin...I started with Jiu-jitsu and eventually added boxing along with the very structured workout plan and the fat melted away. Literally, I lost 7% body fat in 6 weeks! I feel amazing! Thank you to the entire coaching staff, you all were great and super supportive!

Excellent environment, all coaches are committed to teach, motivate and guide you thru all the process. It’s not only about losing weight, it’s more of a lifestyle that you create, a better version of yourself. They have so many different ways and classes that help you find your motivation and get closer to your goal. I would definitely 100% recommend this place if you are looking for a place to work on a better version of yourself without judgement and with the best experienced team.

I have nothing bad to say about Alliance, all the instructors are very helpful and the atmosphere is fantastic, they help you a lot specially if you’re a beginner, this is the first time i do a review for a gym, but Alliance really deserve it, great place to workout and learn martial arts.

At times getting me to where I need to be working out and breathing exercises were great, i feel full of energy and motivated to continue my journey to having great healthy working body.My Advice to anyone is dont give up and commit on what you start to a better life ahead of you and Alliance BJJ can get you there with the motivating staff.

Let me just say that this place is simply phenomenal! I recently hit a plateau in my training at the gym and wanted a new challenge to lose some weight. I was a total beginner from the start, but with Alliance BJJ guidance and support I wasn’t overwhelmed. In my few weeks there, I was able to learn fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and Muay Thai. But the best part was I was able to lose 5% percent body fat which I probably could not have done with out the help of Alliance BJJ. I enjoyed learning in the clean facility and the friendly staff.

Hi, I ran across Alliance BJJ on Facebook where they were introducing their 42 day fit challenge. I responded and was immediately contacted and started the very next day.I don’t want to get to personal here but I feel the opportunity came at the right time in my life. I call my current situation “Pandemic Weight”.I found myself less active and falling into weight gain depression. After starting the 42 day fit challenge, I have to say I feel good, happy with the quick results and pleased with this facility.I attended the 5 am session with training Jon Giles who is not only compassionate in what he offers for people like me but is patient and very observant in what type of workout your body needs. I love how coach, what I call him, catered to everyone who was attended at the 5 am session making the workout experience less stressful but extreme enough to get out of us what we were holding back. And for me that was fear of how I looked (body) and what I could accomplish. If anyone wants to sign up and is an early bird, I recommend attending the 5 am sessions with Jon Giles. It was a challenge for me but I loved it found myself ready and willing to get up to attend class. It helped that Coach Jon made class fun and was is very encouraging. Each mild stone accomplished coach was visibly happy for me and that made me want to work harder and keep pushing myself.I appreciate everything he has help me with.I plan on signing up to continue my journey and take advantage of all the other classes Alliance offers. Thanks 😊YMK

I started at Alliance BJJ a couple months ago and I have enjoyed it from the start. I was out of shape and overweight. Between BJJ, their fit camp, and assistance with nutrition, I lost 20 pounds in the first six weeks. I am still losing weight and feel much better. Alliance BJJ has truly changed my life for the better. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I am now addicted to BJJ and wish I would have joined earlier. I learn something new each and every time I attend a class. There are many classes to choose from in addition to BJJ. The facility is always clean, and the staff is great!

I absolutely love this place!! Many classes to choose from all ages and genders. I love the fact they work with you where you are in your fitness journey but I promise you won’t stay there. Constantly getting stronger, skills improving and confidence raised every time. My favorite go to class is the 5am fit camp with John! He is great, and the workouts will leave you empty but will energize you for the week.

I actually shy away from writing reviews, but I really wanted to write a little something about this place to show my gratitude!! The facility and staff are awesome!!! I became aware of Alliance BJJ as part of a 42 day fit challenge on social media by chance. I responded with interest and signed up and started orientation the same day. They offer so many classes among fit camp classes, BJJ, yoga, meditation, Muy Thai, boxing & wrestling!!It has definitely been a challenge for me, and I love it!! I start every weekday morning with John Giles’ fit camp class which I wouldn’t miss in the world!! He is extremely encouraging and wants to see each student succeed!!Actually, every single Instructor there goes to great lengths to make sure their students get the proper attention in help their students pursue their goals and succeed! I get so much encouragement from the staff as well as other members of the facility which makes it such a family!!I actually go to several classes a day. They offer more services I didn’t mention, such as private, semi-private & group sessions, meal planning, etc as well. The sky is the limit. You won’t be sorry or disappointed and don’t let fear keep you from doing something for you!! Go ahead and go for it!!
