These folks provide the most frustrating gym experience that I’ve ever had. The way they do the paperwork, renewals, billing errors, and related items is very frustrating. I’m giving them 2 stars because the gym is well equipped and reasonably clean but could use better maintenance.

Love the gym but cant stand the management! Too crowded after 3pm, you wont get your moneys worth if you work in the daytime.

Was with Texans fit from day 1. Husband and I went at 10am on a Monday when it used to be dead and we couldn’t even find a parking spot. Heard they are only concerned with getting as many members as possible with thousands of new people in the last couple of months. Super super disappointing. We will have to find somewhere else

Update 8/18/2023The gym is getting better but the operations manager must GTFO expeditiously. Every encounter I’ve had with OM Guemar Leger has not been pleasant in the slightest. Yesterday he made it very clear that he only sees members as mere numbers and not humans. His own staff has issues with his inability to control his emotion and lack of consideration for others. Guemar is not meant to work in a customer facing role. Put him behind a desk and out my face please.—————I’ve been a member of this gym since October 2022 when it was under ownership of Texans Fit. I’ll keep this review to the point.Corporate: I’m not emailing you. My name is clearly listed and you can contact me when y’all have made some changes. Made as in the changes we’re in effect before contacting me.- towel service declined dramatically. Previously they’d run out of towels often, now the towels simply stink. I recall the company being Cintas when it was Texans Fit and EOS should definitely revert back to that provider- customer service from the front desk was always hit or miss, but I definitely miss a few of the old faces I got used to seeing. New people not as friendly and have little to no idea the timeline for this transition to complete- TOO MANY PEOPLE. They sold and continue to sell memberships to so many people. A perk of this gym WAS that it felt exclusive and wasn’t crowded. Can’t say that anymore and it’s made parking a huge issueAll in all I may just look for another gym because this place doesn’t offer what I initially joined here for.

Gumar or however you spell his name (the bald head general manager (for now)) 0/10. Every interaction I have with this man is a problem. One time he wanted to deny my guest a towel even though I pay for unlimited towels and even so it’s only a towel, it’s literally not that serious. The overall gym is not bad I’ve been a member since they were Texans Fit. It’s definitely a vibe change. It is kinda hot inside but that also has to do with the outside heat. Never really have too many problems just have to go at the right time to avoid peak hours. I go with my gym partner 5 days a week so we’ve learned to just avoid the gym at certain times or to tweak our routine. Now parking idk why but it literally is always kinda hell looking for parking and they say to park across the street at H‑E‑B but literally who wants to do that. And it won’t even be that many people in the gym just hella cars outside.J. Cole Turner is amazing, he has been there since they were Texans Fit. He always makes me and my guest feel at home and motivated to come back and stay on track. He honestly is one of the only consistently good staff member they have.

These people are like car salesmen. I was quoted the wrong amount which they had to cancel and do a new contract. Saw a lady arguing about charges EoS took that should not have taken place.

been here since texan fit and the quality has declined ever since new management took over. It used to be so clean and peaceful but now i cant even find a place to sit and rest. i miss texan fit

To be completely transparent, I was in employee of texans Fit when it did make a transition into EOS fitness and things slowly made changes for the worst in my opinion. For the staff expectations were raised, and in return compensation was cut. When the gym was still private, it was enjoyable because the staff would be able to play music according to being able to read the room and it was still space to be able to get to machines. Now, since the gym has changed, there has been an increase of almost 1000 members in the last two months and it is nearly standing room only in the facility. I’ve already met and ran into members that have either gone to another location or have decided to join the JCC. And it is really unfortunate that they cut everyone’s commission for staff for them to have to deal with they have been dealing with.

*Edit* This gym was a 2.3 star rating 2 weeks ago when I posted this, and now all the sudden it's 3.8??So overcrowded since EoS has taken over. Trying to get an efficient workout in the evening through the week is impossible.

It has been deteriorating since Eos turned it into a budget gym. More crowded, thermostat turned up, etc. Shopping for an alternative.
