Great gym - friendly staff, great equipment, enjoyable classes. The staff, instructors, and even other gym members are all very approachable if you have a question or need help.

I took advantage of their personal training sessions and was paired up with Emma. Emma tailored a fitness plan that fit my beginner needs. She made sure to correct my form and improve my ankle, hip and knee mobility which made exercises so much easier. I recommend this gym and I absolutely recommend Emma for personal training.

The gym is awesome with a variety of machines, racks, weights, and equipments. Not to mention the trainers are top notch. Nick Sarratt has trained me for a while now and his training has allowed me to become a national qualifier in powerlifting. I highly suggest you join.

I want to start by saying that Facet Seven is hands down one of the nicer facilities that you can purchase a membership with. There are extensive equipment, clean restrooms, and plenty of trainers available for your varying fitness goals. I had the pleasure of getting trained by James Wiseman who specializes in calisthenics and enjoyed my time with him. James was really kind and willing to cooperate with me even though I was only going to be in Houston for one month. And in that month, he got me to complete my first muscle-up! If I'm being completely honest, Coach James isn't the best trainer I've ever had, but he was still very good for beginners who want to get into the world of Calisthenics. He is very knowledgeable in the art and curates his workouts to get you to reach your goals efficiently. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because sometimes I felt as if he didn't realize that some weights and rep ranges in my plan were a little beyond what I could do in that moment, so I sometimes felt disappointed in myself at the end of my workouts beause I could only do, for example, 4 reps of weighted pullups instead of the 8-12 that I needed to be hitting. Otherwise, my in-person sessions were superb and I definitely got my money's worth while training with him.

I would like to share my amazing experience using Facet seven Fitness - Heights location. The gym is absolutely loaded with every equipment you may or may not think of. The atmosphere is super friendly and feels homey. I also would like to share my experience working with Jake Emery, by far the very BEST personal coach I have ever had, I would even say amazing nutritionist and physical therapist. I have had knee injuries and I love hiking but the injuries have prevented me from enjoying long strenuous hikes. Jake has completely restored me - no kidding, two months later, I went hiking in Mount Rainier and Big Sur. I didn't once during the 10+ miles hikes hurt, not one iota, I didn't use any anti-inflammatory (which were my go to even for small walks on flat terrain), and felt very strong and kept on walking since. He not only helped me strengthen my leg muscles but also my core, thus correcting my posture which has now been engraved in me, I pay attention to my movements- he had given me back the joy of waling with no pain which not any therapist has achieved with me before him. Jake's focus when he works is exemplary, he really pays attention to every movement, attentive to my abilities and body needs, he listens and cares... I only got stronger and stronger. If you need to get back in shape for whatever reason, look no further - Jake is your Man!! you won't regret it.Thank you Jake and thank you Facet Seven!

I came here for the first time on Monday for a barre class with Stefani and loved it! All of the staff was super welcoming, especially Stefani. I hadn't taken a barre class in ~10 years and she was super patient with correcting my form. I'm signed up to go again Wednesday and I can't wait! Clean and nice environment, doesn't feel like your average gym.

I’ve avoided gyms and exercising all my life, but 2.5 years of working from home and gaining 20 pounds and I needed to find someone to get me over the intimidation of working out. I trained with John Nguyen for weeks (2x a week then 1x a week with the rest on the app) and I can honestly say he was a wonderful accountability partner and beginner trainer. He’s got great energy, great hype tunes, pushes you, deals well with the constant complaining, answers all your questions and has flexibility with schedules. I’ve built a habit and feel so much more comfortable with working out.

Love love love this gym! Well equipped, friendly atmosphere, so encouraging, and by far the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. Whatever your age, fitness level, or goals, they will match you with the right trainer or program for you. My grandson and I work out there with strength coach/trainer Nick Sarratt. Grandson is a teenager, I’m in my 70s, and Nick creates programs specific to our individual goals. We both competed in a powerlifting meet this weekend, and thanks to Nick and Facet Seven we both set new personal records and had a great time.

This is the best gym I've ever known. I've been a member for nearly three months and I feel very comfortable working out here. The staff members are friendly and supportive, plenty of space to workout and lots of different classes. Emma is my personal trainer. She is an expert at what she does and I trust her completely. Avoid the big box gyms. Come to Facet Seven for the workout and the fellowship!

The gym has every piece of equipment you can imagine. It has a healthy amount of customer traffic, but is never to busy to get time with the equipment you need. Facet Seven also offers workout classes and the coaches are knowledgeable and helpful. The staff that works the gym is very laidback and helpful when needed.
