I moved to this gym recently and have really enjoyed it so far. It’s very spacious, not too crowded, great staff, and caters to a lot of different fitness styles. I particularly like the big open functional fitness area in the back, where there’s plenty of space and equipment for functional exercises like lunges or sled pushes without bumping into people.

LOVE this gym!!!! The group classes are amazing and every instructor is so encouraging and detailed on how to do the workouts. The gym is also pretty large and has all the equipment from machines to bands to kettle bells, plate weights, etc, you name it they’ve got it! I highly recommend joining this gym if you’re looking to commit to your health/ fitness!

This is a great gym. Very friendly staff and the people who work out are mindful, courteous and friendly as well. My bf and I just moved into the area and had tried other gyms. Facet seven is most def our favorite. The only reason I am not rating them a 5 star is because we came in at the end of May for the 1-week trial period. We came everyday of that trial and loved it. By the end of our trial, we spoke with the front desk to sign up for a basic membership (to come during off peak hours and 5 classes). We were informed that the price had been raised from $40 to $60/ month, just in the one week period. The gentleman at the front desk advised us to email corporate to get approval for the lower deal that we were expecting when we first started our trial. The gal we emailed gave us the $40-month price but took away our 5 classes. I’m bummed because I really wanted to take classes :(Overall, the gym is great. Just make sure you double/triple check the prices before you ask to signup.

Love this gym. I’m doing personal training classes and using the facilities (elliptical/ stair master etc). Love both. The gym is huge, there’s a bit of everything for you to do and the staff is awesome. It’s honestly the first gym I feel super comfortable in (I’m not like super athletic) but the environment is relaxed and very friendly. Plus you can’t beat the location. And there’s tons of parking

Was recommended this gym a few weeks ago, and finally decided to give it a try. It was a really nice facility, and everyone seemed nice, and the staff was helpful. It is not conducive to serious lifters, more of a casual working out crowd and equipment setup. I was also told to leave the crossfit area where I was attempting to deadlift in the middle of my workout. There is only one bathroom in the whole gym, and it was occupied everytime I tried to use it. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this gym if you are a social gym goer or just trying to stay in shape, not if you are competitive or an intermediate lifter.

This gym is an absolute playground! Really great staff and there’s so much you can do here and versatility in your work outs is crucial. Free weights, machines, flip tires, kick box, speed bag, all options here. The only piece I need to get down is actually showing up :)

Great locally owned gym. It was a hidden treasure for awhile, but more and more people are discovering this affordable and accessible gym. Classes throughout the week, offered at all hours. Staff and instructors/personal trainers are all friendly and helpful. Tons of open space. Not an intimidating place. Would compare this to an Average Joe's gym with everything you need!

I have worked out in several gyms over the years, and this one by far is the better one. I love their equipment and all that the gym has to offer, such as personal training and all types of classes. Friendly staff and just a great place.

I have been training here since August 2013. The cost per hour for trainers is very competitive and the price for the gym is on par with other Houston gyms. It is rarely full which makes finding a machine very easy. Even during the new …

I really like the place. There is a lot of room and you can tell it was laid out by someone who understands the equipment, not a designer or an executive board. There are a lot of equipment options - more than I will ever use. It is rarely …
