The gym has every piece of equipment you can imagine. It has a healthy amount of customer traffic, but is never to busy to get time with the equipment you need. Facet Seven also offers workout classes and the coaches are knowledgeable and helpful. The staff that works the gym is very laidback and helpful when needed.

Visited today for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the size and variety of equipment. I came in around 6 pm and although busy, there was plenty of space between people and lots of machines available which is great. I took a cycling class with Renee and had a blast! Will definitely be back and bring the husband with next time.

My son started working with Forrest, a personal trainer at Facet Seven, when he was coming out of a bout of depression. He had been sedentary for a while, and he liked seeing the physical changes in his body over the time he was working out there. Forrest had the right balance of sensitivity and encouragement for my son, and we really appreciate his time. I always liked how clean the gym was, and how friendly all the staff was. It's a great place to work out!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! they have literally everything you’ll ever need at a gym PLUS classes. The weights and machines are high quality and they have so much variety. You’re rarely waiting on equipment because they have so much. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and sanitized.Cycling with Renee has become my favorite! Her energy and motivation is contagious! I leave class with so much confidence and love for myself. Can’t wait to go back! It’s a must try!

I’ve been to a lot of gyms and workout classes, and I have to say Facet Seven has continuously been the best. Chelsea and her boot camp are amazing - she’s so motivating, friendly, and I get in a great, hardworking workout every time. I just took my first barre class here with Stephanie and she was so positive, hilarious and wow, worked my body! LOVE this gym so much!!!

Love this neighborhood gym with all the equipment you could need for many ranges of workouts...from cardio, yoga, crossfit, power lifting, biking. Offers amazing classes as well. More importantly the staff is super friendly, and make you feel like part of the closeknit family.

I joined Facet Seven about three years ago (when it was called Studio Fitness), primarily because the price was fair and I wanted a gym that wasn't going to use high pressure sales tactics and be difficult if I needed to cancel my membership. Since that time, I have been surprised at how Facet Seven has become an increasingly large part of my life.I live within walking distance of the gym, and I constantly tell my friends that Facet Seven is one of my favorite things about the neighborhood. With plenty of machines, free weights, and an open area for functional exercises, they really cater to a variety of fitness styles. The staff and atmosphere are friendly and laid back. I have also really enjoyed the classes that they offer, which is not something that I had originally expected to participate in. In particular, I would like to give a quick shout-out to Paul Barrera's "Yoga for Strength and Balance" class. It is a tough class, but you will get a lot out of it, because Paul works with everyone in the class so that they can learn and develop the proper form.
