Poor experience with front desk staff and sales. Buyer beware that “risk free” only applies to other tiers of packages but sales will pitch this benefit even if it doesn’t apply to your tier level.Front desk staff has no customer service training and refuses to make exceptions to “policy” which will consume a purchased class. Such an example was when I arrived five minutes after posted class time and they refused to let me participate in the class even though it was obvious that they were only warming up. They were also unable to get me rescheduled due to this reason.Cancelled due to inflexible policies and rude/poor experience with front desk staff. Left feeling frustrated and angry with just trying to get a workout in that I had paid for.Coaches were great though.

I have a membership and my boyfriend was looking to take the free trail class to see if he should join me. The gentleman on the phone said to come in 30 minutes prior and sign up. Upon arrival a lady was extremely unpleasant claiming that you must pay $28 for a drop in and you can only take the free class if you sign up on the spot. News flash the membership is monthly… so joining on the day of your free class, makes it not free. Very disappointing to drive 20 minutes and try to get scammed into paying. I enjoy orange theory but joining this cult will cost you an arm and a leg. Not to mention that the staff is sometimes extremely unpleasant and quiet inarticulate. This area is also terribly unsafe. All sorts of police posters and warnings to lock your car and not leave any valuables inside. Including a poster on the outside of the gym itself. Really sketchy vibes.

I am a long time member and highly recommend for any fitness level. You will get stronger and build endurance. The heartrate monitors are fun and an added incentive to work harder. The coaches are great and motivating and the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

I'm a member and took my husband to try out classes, woke up super early in the am to be there before class and they wanted to charge since we were 5 minutes late. We just moved to the area and won't be coming here anymore myself and he's getting membership somewhere else.

This poor gym is so desperate for business it's almost unbelievable- My wife worked out here for a month or two and gave them my number im exchange for a free water bottle. They proceeded to berate my phone with aggressive, minute long sales calls, pleading for me to sign up. It was so annoying that I decided I was going to see how long they would bother me. It is STILL going on 3 years later and I just did the math. They've spent of $100 in wages just calling me and I live in a different state 😂😂😂 keep throwing your money down a well, you bloodthirsty, bottom-line obsessed, corporate gym! Maybe some mom of 3 with a badass range rover will pick up the phone for you this week, because I sure as hell won't!

The absolute worst customer service. We signed up for our first class at 5am. We got to the facility at 4:30am as instructed, however Mark, the front desk employee, refused to open the door for us. When he finally unlocked the door at 4:50 he proceeded to tell us we arrived too late and would not be able to attend the class. He saw us arrive at 4:30 and even ignored me as I tried knocking on the door. Not sure why this location allows you to sign up for the earliest class if they're going to ignore you when you get there. Mark had the absolute worst attitude.TLDR: go to any other location.

If you’re looking to build a fitness routine for endurance building and strength training, Orangetheory Fitness is your spot. The best part about their group-training environment is that levels don’t matter. You can start out as a fitness novice, pro, or anywhere in between. As a former student athlete, my year at Orangetheory Fitness helped me build a consistent regimen.
