I really enjoy my Orange Theory classes at all Houston area studios. My home studio is West U but I also love the staff and coaches at Highland Village and Midtown. Come to Orange Theory if you want to challenge yourself, have a balanced workout and see results! I've been coming for over a year and have lifted heavier, run faster and lost inches and pounds. I took a great class with Coach Drew this morning - it was a strength day with a small bit of rowing, some heavy lifting on the upper body, core and small hills on the treadmill.

The worst otf experience. I was a member of otf for 2 yrs until I moved to Houston. The management, and the front desk people have horrible customer service. The coaches are impersonal and offer no knowledge of proper form with running, lifting, or rowing. It’s all about making money at this location. I miss the triangle in Austin!!! Cancelling my membership bc of the poor customer service and poor quality all around. Very disappointed. Don’t bring new members here, sign up somewhere else less sales driven, find a location that is about creating a great experience and community- that is what otf is about! This location will ruin your experience!

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, Kyle’s playlist was new and fun, and the gym was laid out better than many OTs I’ve been to, plus, despite the humidity they were able to keep it cool (unlike some of their southern counterparts). I’ll definitely hit this OT again when I’m back in Houston!

I started doing OTF about 6 months ago because I needed a change in my routine. I love the classes. I struggledSo much with cardio before OTF, but now I actually enjoy it. The coaches are awesome and constantly check your form, and have alternative exercises if you have orthopedic issues (which I do). The front desk is super friendly whether it’s 5 am or 8 pm. I’m really happy that I found this community and would recommend to anyone!

I am a potato. I hate going to the gym. I still do; however, my health was taking a toll due to my sedentary lifestyle and I decided to partake in some form of movement at least three times per week. Orangetheory is straight forward and provides me with guided workouts that keep me engaged. The hour goes by rather quickly and I do feel great after each workout. This location is clean and well managed. The parking is a bit tricky and it can be hard to schedule classes in the evening so schedule ahead. While I do think the prices are steep it's expensive enough to keep me motivated to go so I'm not missing out on something I'm paying upwards $150 to be a part of. I do recommend.

West U Location:I joined OTF at a different location that was seriously lacking an inviting and motivating atmosphere. I am so happy I found this location, it doesn't feel robotic and corporate! I love the fun and energetic atmosphere that all of the staff and coaches create; while still being very professional. I prefer their floor plan layout as it provides some separation from the treads/rowers and the strength floor. The facilites are always clean. Easy to find parking, even during full classes. My only constructive criticism/request is for more 3G classes to be available throughout the day instead of early morning only.OTF Workouts:The workouts are tough, but I appreciate the cardio and strength mix. I like that I do not have to think about incorporating additional strength training for legs, arms, abs, etc. Recently, I have been attending classes at least 4-6 days a week and find that you get a full body workout if you attend more than the 1-3 days I was going previously.Pro tip: Check out the Orangetheory thread on Reddit for previews of workouts and motivation from other classmates. This thread has been a game changer for me on days I don't want to go. I honestly get FOMO when a workout sounds fun and challenging (never thought I would say a workout circuit with running sounds fun, EVER)!

Terrible customer service. I signed up for a (FREE) intro class, they took my card information to "reserve" my spot in the class. I had a terrible family emergency that led to circumstances keeping me from the class. When I tried to explain …

Avoid at all costs if traveling from out of town and you can’t leave 30 extra minutes for travel at 4A. Google directions are off and if you arrive at 5:04 (Apple watch correct time), it will be 5:05 on the studio clock and they won’t let you work out.

I must say one of the best fitness centers I have ever come across. The trainers, specifically Mr. Devin, Mr. Joshua , Ms. Michelle, Ms. Ida and last but not the least the studio manger Mr. Chuck and the studio manager Bellaire location. I would highly recommend if someone is willing to put in effort I am sure every team member is an exception And do not hesitate going an extra mile.Since I have only came across the few people I mentioned above, but I am very positive regardless whatever studio you go to, you are in good hands :)They all are very helpful always and easy going. Moreover, they do not take anyone for granted, especially if they know that a person is trying hard to achieve the goal.Mr. Devin would personally reach out to the candidate, just not to find out that why the person is not there but also they make sure the client is getting what he/she wants to and they do not hesitate going out of the way if they know the person is trying hard. This is my very personal experience, even though I have only met a few people a few times and, trust me the ones i have even just spoken over on phone, they went above and beyond.Thank you so much Devin, not buttering you up but trust me just because your of positivity attitude and consistent motivation i took this step and i think I have started enjoying it and you know how much I hate going to the gym lol. 😎So, after meeting with #teamorangetheory in person and speaking and interacting over the phone I know I am i am in good hands. I feel motivated and positive. Thank you so much all, I really appreciate all the effort, motivation and your time. We need more people like you:) Thank you very much Carlos 😎You were a great help as well :)
