I can’t say enough about Core and Deven & Heidi!! The small class sizes, personalized training, supportive vibes and challenging programming are some of the things I love about it. Anyone interested in strength training should definitely check them out!!

Best.Gym.Ever. This is coming from an exercise resistant person. My husband joined Core Strength & Performance long before I did. I just couldn't bring myself to try yet another program/gym. I quit everything. I finally relented and gave Core Strength a try. All I can say is I am grateful I did. The atmosphere Deven and Heidi have cultivated is positive, motivating, encouraging, challenging, and fun. I look forward to working out-and I truly can't believe I just typed that, but it's true. As others have already mentioned, you don't feel judged at all. It's a perfect place to grow in your fitness level no matter your starting point.

Core Strength & Performance is the EXACT thing I have needed but could never find. It is challenging, but the environment is warm, inviting, and non-judgmental. I look forward to working out, which has resulted in me consistently working out for a year now. I was lucky to make it 2 months in the past. I can’t say enough good things about Deven & Heidi!

Place is great! If you looking for a place for one on one exercising guidance. The support and motivation is there as soon as you walk through the door. I look forward to seeing Deven or Heidi each time I workout. I recommend joining! Because the no.1 focus is you!

I am so glad I found this gym. Heidi and Deven are great - super knowledgeable and personable. They offer small group training, ensuring everyone gets the direction and coaching they need. Everyone at this gym is fantastic - truly one of the best gym atmospheres I've experienced. I'm super pleased with the progress I've made physically since joining last summer.I HIGHLY recommend this place!

One of the best decisions I made in 2021! Deven and Heidi are awesome they really take the time to listen to what your fitness goals are and slowly guide you to a better you!!! No matter what challenges may be keeping you from joining a gym Core Strength will help you overcome those challenges. I’m looking forward to what 2022 brings with Core Strength & Performance.

My confidence was pretty low from losing my normal workout routine and gaining weight, I felt out of shape and was discouraged. A friend recommended Core Strength and Performance to me and I’m so glad she did! The workouts are designed to fit your personal needs and goals which is exactly what I needed to get back in gear.Gyms, can be intimidating, especially if you are a little shy, but Heidi, Deven, and Natalie do such a great job at making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. This gym is truly full of good people, everyone is encouraging, supportive, and kind.If you’re someone worried about cost, take a second look at your expenses and you may find that there are a few things you can cut back on to make health a priority. I was nervous at first as this was new for me, but I cut a few unnecessary expenses out and it is so worth it. They put a lot of extra time and effort into building your workouts and thinking about what is best for you and your goals.
