My mom and I have been going for the last 2 years and we have never had a bad experience. The staff is great, the gym equipment is clean. If there is an issue, it is resolved quickly.As black card members, we also enjoy the extra amenities. It's all definitely worth the membership.

Dirty, stinky gym gone downhill. Spilling over with germs. The "Black Card" is a rip-off.
