This place is down right awesome! I have worked at RC gyms before, and the staff here is super chill and will answer any questions you have! The routes are fun and people of any ages can find something to climb! They offer day passes and monthly memberships! We did the day pass and they got me certified to belay right away!

Awesome place, felt very welcomed by Scott and he’s been really making us feel at home at the gym. Matt and I (M+M) are advanced beginners , meaning we have some skill but a huge learning curve ahead us and Scott has given us several tips and pointers to help us advance our climbing skills. Some of the workers like Piper also are super helpful in getting us acquainted with the place and offering tips as well. It’s only been a few days but I think we found our second home away from home in Indy 🥰

This is now my favorite climbing gym in Indy! I’ve been to Hoosier Heights and Climb Time but this one is the least crowded and modern like HH.You can get a monthly membership or come on demand (gear rental is available) and they also have yoga classes and strength training sessions. It’s a bit of a drive but worth it and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

This place is so great that I do not know where to start...it has become a huge part of our routine and we are so happy to have found it. Needless to say, this review is long overdue. A couple of highlights:-Amazing staff and management who really cares about inclusion and community. Staff makes the gym welcoming and safe for all climbers, particularly those who are new to the sport. In two years, I have never been rubbed the wrong way by a staff member. Management has continued to focus on making climbing available to a wide audience, including monthly adaptive climbing for differently abled individuals. There is even a new monthly "She Sends" group which offers fantastic instruction (really, I'm a bit jealous) to women across a wide range of skills.-Route setters do an awesome job of keeping the walls fresh, clean, and exciting. Holds are changed out before they become worn down or slick (ew!). New holds are bought every months to keep things fresh. Routes range from 5.6-5.13b and V0-V9 with a healthy mix for all levels (generally concentrated in the 5.10-5.11 intermediate levels). Easily the best roped climbing in the region, with lots of top rope climbing and really great routes for new or experienced lead climbers.-Management invests in facility maintenance. The place is very clean for a climbing gym. Bathrooms are cleaned daily, unlike certain other gyms that I have been to where they are atrocious.-Free strength and yoga classes multiple evenings per week. Great instructors who tailor workouts to increase your climbing fitness and decrease injury risk. Full strength training area with cardio, racks, weights, dumbells, hangboards, and everything you need to push to the next level of climbing fitness. For the more advanced, there is also a campus board and a new Tension Board.-Extremely welcoming and diverse climbing community. The strongest people in the gym regularly help out new climbers to achieve their potential. Never have I felt judged for struggling on routes at or above my skill level. Everyone is approachable and we have made lots of new friends in the gym. Member appreciation events and biannual climbing competitions are fantastic avenues to connect with the broader community.

Beautiful, clean facility, with welcoming staff and community. These people really care about climbing and providing an amazing experience. Their route-setters keep the walls fresh with new and interesting routes of varying difficulties for any level of climber to challenge themself on. Epic is the best climbing gym I’ve seen in the state, and one I’d highly recommend to check out. Or hey, even snag a membership and join the awesome community of climbers that Epic is home to.

Super friendly staff, great gym. Left my belay device at the gym on accident and they shipped it to me for free. Really cool of them, thanks EPIC!

Epic was an incredible place to find and grow in this hobby. They were supportive, encouraging, and constantly made sure everyone was safe. We are moving to San Diego and that is the ONLY reason we left. The environment, other climbers, and staff at Epic are something my wife and I will not forget. If you're new... Try it! My wife and I were bored on a Sunday and this ended up being our main thing for a year.
