Staff is safety oriented and very helpful. This is one of the cleanest rock climbing facilities I have been in. You can tell the staff cares about the equipment and appearance of the gym. We will be going back.

I know my wife has already beat me to posting a review, but this place deserves a second one. The facility is the best and biggest in Indy, there's a huge variety to challenge you, and if climbing alone isn't enough for you they offer classes, strength training, yoga, aerial silks, etc. The staff and member base are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful (I've even met and gotten tips from the owner). And of course, there's Rosie. You'll know who Rosie is the moment you meet her, and you won't forget her name. She has been beyond awesome every time we've seen her.Highly recommend epic climbing and fitness.

I had NEVER climbed in my life. After 3 kids and a hip replacement I thought I would never be active. This place is exactly what it's name implies... Epic! The building and set up are fantastic and I love that they offer yoga as well, but what really makes this a diamond in the rough are the people. From members to staff everyone is friendly and encouraging. I've never felt judged or embarrassed. I have fallen in love with climbing because of this place. While the staff is wonderful I feel like I have to give Rosie a huge loving shout out. Never in my life have I met someone so willing committed to helping others succeed. She has us laughing everytime we come in and when we leave my whole family ends up saying how much they love her. Buyer beware... You will get totally addicted to Epic climbing and fitness 😉

Amazing gym! In addition to the bouldering, top roping, and lead climbing, they have:* Awesome people - I always felt welcome here and made several new friends.* Ping pong table - as a beginner I was always here after my forearms gave out* Cushioned floors - gives that extra feeling of safety, especially when I was learning to lead. The bouldering landing area is also softer than most gyms I've been to.* Free coffee and tea - short-term climbing boost!* Workout area - long-term climbing boost!* Retail area with drinks, chalk, shirts, guidebooks, and gear.* Routes that are color-coded - much preferred over tape. Some perks I've noticed but haven't used or used much:* The kid/party area looks pretty fun with some secret passages.* There are lockers if you're worried about your stuff, but I always just use the cubbies.* Shower (I think?)* Crack climbing* Lots of interesting classes - I definitely need to take advantage of these more.Overall a wonderful gym and community!

Started climbing here at the new year for some good exercise activity that didn't involve running. This place will quickly show even fit people how weak they are. I highly recommend it, and can't speak highly enough of the staff as they are all very accommodating and eager to teach. The difficulties range from beginner to climbing up Everest backwards with one hand. The bouldering is solid and they offer classes for many things climbing and non climbing related. Members get the benefit of climbing anytime they are open and can attend any of the classes for free. You can rent all of the gear you need here but if it's going to become a hobby I would recommend just purchasing it.
