Clean, relatively good selection of weight machines, huge selection of cardio machines. Disappointed with Planet Fitness in general in Indiana compared to where I moved from, because PF isn’t actually 24h here. Close at 9PM in Fridays, only 7-7 on weekends. Heads up for people coming from places where PF is actually 24h!

The gym is clean and usually people are good about wiping down machines. However the paper towel dispensers are sometimes empty and if the gym is full the wifi sucks.I have learned that other planet fitness gyms have way fancier newer equipment than this one. Also theres a machine here that has been broken for over 3 weeks.

Very unprofessional staff. They offer to have the option to have someone coach you. To be there to ask questions show you around give you advise. After 2 cancelled appointments of them not having someone in this position I didn’t want to be there and spoke to a service member at the club. Regardless of them keeping their word believe the money will come out of your bank right on time. Very unprofessional. There is a reason the offer the promotions they do. It’s all about quantity. No quality or sense of customer service. Very disappointing actually because it’s the judgement free zone. Not so much.

Everything is nice and new. Gets a little crowded peak hours but not bad. My only complaint - anyone notice how it's extremely dusty? Look under the lights and you can see it's floating everywhere. The location was previously a clothing store, was the ductwork never cleaned out..?

Friendly staff and clean gym.Wish list:1) Please put the paper towels back in the bathroom. I get that it’s more environmentally friendly to only have a hand dryer, but these have been shown to spread fecal matter. I imagine this is only compounded in an environment where people are sharing equipment.2) I don’t know if it’s economical, but I wish the gym was open to 9PM on the weekends.3) I think the gym could use a few more 45 pound plates. I always have to go borrow from all the squat racks if I want to leg press, which is fine except when people are using all of them.

I just love how free you can be here the staff is amazing ! One of the staff members named Tony was amazing he help me and my aunt and showed us how to use the the equipment and even encouraged us to keep going and was just so friendly even checked on us the next day and asked had we meet with the trainer and we said no so he went and got him for us to speak with Great job Tony

I was once a member at planet fitness but did not really take advantage of how nice this place was. I gradually discontinued my membership, what a mistake! Due to incurring health issues afterwards my wife and I both decided to rejoin Planet fitness. I'm back to feeling better already and living proof that reasonable excercise is definitely beneficial. I have been seen by it's personal trainer with a great program that works for me. Thanks planet fitness

I was good with this gym until I cancelled my membership. I was planning to go thru my one year contract thru March, and they went ahead and cancelled it. When I inquired about a partial refund on my annual fee of $39 that was taken out in January, they wouldn't do that. I didn't sign up under a special, so they got a good amount of money out of me on start up, plus the annual fee in the next month. And then the annual fee this year. I've paid all these fees and am getting no advantage to it, they are. What a rip off! I hope it's worth losing a customer that has been a PF member off and on since 2011 in two different states. If decide to get a gym membership in the future, it won't be Planet Fitness! Hope it was worth it. Don't bother responding to my review. It is what it is, you lost me as a customer on this one.

Typical Planet Fitness. Just wish they were open 24 hours on the weekend. Me being a night owl, I enjoy going in the wee hours of the night while it's not too busy. They'll still be people there if you're a bit shy...but not as many as it gets during right before 9 am and right after 5 pm. Staff is nice and Eric, their trainer is really nice as well.

I started going here as a college student, as it was the most affordable option other the small gym on campus. I still go here even though I am not a student because I have enjoyed myself and have zero issues with PF. The Keystone staff is very friendly and the equipment is often being cleaned or serviced.
