The Hot Room Fishers provides quality yoga instruction across a variety of class offerings in a state of the art studio that will take your mind and body workout to the next level. After almost 500 classes at The Hot Room (other locations and now Fishers) I highly recommend making this a staple in your workout regimen whether you are a new or experienced yogi. Check this place out and see how it will change your life!

This is Hannah on another account. I have been going to the Hot Room yoga for a while and I really liked it. It helped me reduce my stress and it was relaxing, the staff was nice to me and I felt honored to be there. I would like to recommend people who are interested in yoga, coming in to enjoy it.

the pros: an excellent workout,  great mind/body in one workout, instructors are friendlycons: after faithfully paying for an unlimited membership to help a "small business" over the last 6 months which I have been able to use in a very limited capacity (0-3 classes/week, usually 1-2) or not at all during quarantine they are finally opening the fishers location which should allow me to take more classes. Unfortunately, they are also substantially increasing the price of the unlimited membership (for me, personally, a 56% increase). Current membership cost will get you a very limited number of classes per month (just under 2/week). Now that they have the capacity for loyal members to use their memberships, they are making it impossible to do so without giving them substantially money. They also rolled out this change with only 16 days notice before it is enacted. If you're looking for a great workout, I highly recommend them. I have enjoyed the classes I have been able to attend. However, I believe in expanding they've lost the loyalty to their customers which helped them grow in the first place.

I was a barre junkie going 5-6x a week for almost three years. I felt stagnant in my workouts and needed a bigger challenge. My friend recommended the Hot Room and now I am 15 classes in and completely hooked. They have several variations of class—my favorite is the heated HIIT Pilates class. I’m excited to enter the new year with challenging workouts!

I decided to try hot yoga as I had heard about the many benefits . Please note I am an ex college athlete that has stayed in semi good shape but also have bad knees . Hot Pilates was a great workout for me as I was able to get a great workout and not place stress on my knees . If you are a beginner or have been doing yoga for a some time THE Hot Room won’t disappoint. Also the facility is extremely clean .

The Hot Room has been a fantastic place to get started in the practice of yoga. As a beginner, I found the instructors to all have a great sense of how to effectively communicate the movements and positions as well as how to actively improve them during each class. They are motivating and always positive. I highly recommend the Hot room if you are looking to get your body and mind back into shape!

Love the hot room! The staff is so inviting and with COVID have some wonderful cleaning and social distancing procedures in place! Class sizes were reduced to a comfortable amount. I love it here! I was an a beginner yogi and felt no pressure or judgement when I took my first couple of classes! Great place to start your hot yoga journey!

I have been attending The Hot Room for several weeks now, and I am SO HAPPY that I joined! There are so many classes throughout the day and multiple locations to choose from, which makes finding the right class on the right day at the right time super easy! I also love all of the instructors that I have had so far - the energy in the room (even at 6:00am!) is just what I need, there is happiness abounding, and there is an incredible feeling of all-around acceptance for every person, every body type, and every level of practice. My instructor this morning said, "do the best you can with the body that you have today," and what a comfort that always is to hear - that it's acceptable for me to bring MY best (not anyone else's best) to the mat that class.I plan to be a Hot Room yogi for a very long time!
