VASA Fitness

A lot of people including my friends have came into this gym being under 16 without a guardian and still able to pass through but when I came, they made a scene saying I wasn’t old enough when I had a guardian with me and I was 16. Do better

Pros: Ample choice of machinery options, flexible operating hours, friendly staff, pricingCons: volume of music too loud, wifi is absolutely terrible and unreliable connection, no subtitles on TV and disability accommodations, facility needs to be expanded as I often wait 10+ minutes to use a machine

I joined vasa last year and been going to the gym for some time. I know two locations and have not been to the heard on here in Indy. Yet, the two locations (west 38th street and Thompson) are always great. There is a Lafayette location near Purdue university. I hope to try that location and give an update.

They just continue to add fees on to your account. And when you sign up they tell you the cancelation fee is 25$ if you cancel before 6 months. What they don't tell you is On top of the 25 cancelation fee you have to pay an additional month's fee. Plus the cost of what guest pass services were. So 25, and 15 plus your monthly. All to cancel.

This is why I gave vasa a one star, because when I come to this gym the pool and hot tub you can’t go in it because of issues and people when they are working out they are not even doing something they’re just on there phone when I need to use it I can’t so why I’m paying for me and my son like 100$ a month if this is what I im going to come to VASA for vasa workers need to say something to the people that are just sitting there on the workout machine and take care of there Pool area and they do not clean there bath rooms right the men’s to shower toilet paper is a big problem too if people are going to just sit there on the workout machine tell them to just still home

The online team made asking questions so easy and their location near me is so nice. I really enjoy attending and glad I signed up with them.

The staff here is so kind and helpful. I’ve also never seen a gym that was so clean and well maintained!

Ads is a great gym. But why in the word do I have to pay double in order to cancel? That’s not right! For that Vasa Fitness gets 1 star!

Crazy the experiance the person posted a few hours ago, I know the young woman posted and she's great! She goes above and beyond for me always and my husband. I actually came to write that I believe her name is Alyssa and she helped me tremendously when I was having machine troubles and she even knew how to troubleshoot! I've never had staff do something like that. I didn't have to wait for a machine that worked, she fixed it up for me perfectly. I'm always grateful that she's the first to help even doing duties that can't be in her job description. Keep goin kiddo, your great at your job.

Great environment for working out while in a low pressure space. Excellent experience for the price.Imagine they Y and Planet Fitness had a baby and it's the best of both gyms.
