I did not give you a five star because it is one always so packed that the only thing you can do there is cardio using any other equipment there is just out of the question you cannot get to anything else also the young lady that works on Thursday I think she's only part-time she's great I don't even know her name but she's just great she's the one that signed me up and then the ones they're on Saturday are you so snobby I'm talking about the employees so your Thursday employees are great your weekend employees are snobby they just want to talk to the men and if you kind of go up to asking for anything it's like you bother them it would be nice if you had more locations so you have an option to use other equipment

I’m not sure who this woman is but she was extremely rude, I will never be going here again. I’m sure not all the employees are like this, but she needs to be fired. I am absolutely disgusted.

Used a 1 day free pass that I got on their website to go, was nice. I went mainly to swim as a passive exercise with my boyfriend and really enjoyed it. Will most likely be getting a fitness membership so that I can use the pool often as well as work out

They have every type of exercise equipment one could desire; however peak times such as after 4pm may have you waiting 10 minutes or more. Swimwear dryer never seems to work. The gym has always been clean despite the time I get there. Plenty of attentive staff.

It’s crazy the amount of value a place like this can have. I was going to planet fitness with a $22 membership that could get me into any gym. Fast forward to now - I’m pay $40 for essentially the same type of package and I could not be happier. The equipment is top notch, the amenities are incredible, everything about this gym is just such a step up from an average gym. You truly get what you pay for and the service staff is excellent too. Couldn’t be happier :)

Very nice gym, they're not up front about their prices online so be wary, they charge extra yearly for a "price lock" and they have other hidden fee's. And they are very crowded during the day so I go first thing in the morning when they open. And even then there are still a lot of people. However that just goes to show that this gym is fantastic. It feels very non-judgmental too you can just go in. Workout and leave. The staff is also very friendly and helpful

Great atmosphere and facilities. They're showing their age. Upkeep seems to be falling behind. Showers are always dirty.

I was working out in the cage with my trainer when Trainer Damon entered the cage with a visually impaired client who had a guide dog. I had my eyes closed and opened my eyes to feet and dog walking over my head. No one apologized until I came back and asked Damon what his name was and if he saw me on the floor when he his client and the clients dog were walking over my head. Damon sarcastically told me that his client couldn't see me because he is visually impaired. I told Damon that he could see me though and he as he stated he was guiding the client. He sarcastically apologized. But I just do NOT understand why he or VASA thinks this is ok. Imagine laying on the floor working out with your eyes closed you open your eyes to literally feet and a dog in your face. People just stepping all over you like you are not a human being and don't deserve the respect of an excuse me a sorry or just walk around and them being rude about it after. If I did not love my trainer I ABSOLUTELY WOULD CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP RIGHT NOW and go next door to planet fitness.

Super nice, affordable gym, but also by far the most overcrowded gym I have ever been to in my life. I don't think they cap how many people can use the facility at once and it can be very difficult to find any space or equipment.

The place is clean and the machines are great and are well kept. Very busy gym on many nights but definitely a nice place.
