Just now Fri March 17 they summed the lights so low it was dangerous. They did this 15 minutes before closing time. Ridiculous. Also the gym is WAY too crowded and also not clean. They can’t keep up with the traffic especially during peak hours.

The gym has great equipment can’t complain about that, BUT a lot of the cardio equipment has been down for a long time and hasn’t been fixed. The men’s restroom is absolutely disgusting, I’ve been to gas stations with cleaner restrooms. Contemplating about leaving this gym because how bad they are. It’s almost like they get cleaned once a day which is disgusting with how much traffic they get.

Mom point of view; It’s almost impossible to access the childcare. You have to book in advance and if’s slim pickings. The Gym however is very nice, amazing classes, and great customer service. I wish It could have been the Gym home I so desperately need.

Love this gym....If you're looking for a great place to work out, learn how to use all the machines correctly, and have a great time doing it... This is the place for you.And if you need someone to help you on your journey who will make your experience fun, and informative....Ask for coach Isaac. He is the best.

Clean gym with great staff! I highly recommend the studio red classes!! So intense but so fun! Child care is hit or miss. I love their child care staff. They are so kind. Website says they have kids care 8a to 12 p and 4p to 8p but they only have availability 8a to 12 p.Update: child care is much more reliable now. Love this gym so much. Just wish it wasn’t so busy. I feel like the parking lot is full because of the 30 something guys playing basketball every night. Can y’all carpool? lol

This place is filthy now. The sauna and steam room are disgusting and no one ever cleans a thing. They have mold growing in the cracks of the tiles. Also they don’t even check who goes to to the sauna steam or pools so you can have a 10 dollar membership and use everything here. You don’t need to upgrade the membership cause literally no one is checking. The managers don’t care at all whoever the manager is.

Hated every bit of this gym. WAY too many people EVERYWHERE. I can’t even get to a machine without bumping into someone else. I even tried going at different times of the day but it was consistently crowded af. I tried to cancel after a month because i did not even feel comfortable working out at this gym. but they wanted to charge me 75$ for yearly fees even tho i had only been there less than 90 days on top of a 10$ cancellation fee and 25$ for the next months payment. Absolutely outrageous i should not have to pay over $100 to cancel a service I am dissatisfied with. This place used to be better than planet fitness but tbh not anymore. Stop overselling memberships if you don’t have the capacity for it

The gym look fabulous! The facility had too many members during the afternoon! My son is member and love it! I’m older so I like smaller crowds.

Attempted to cancel my account due to becoming disabled. Was told disability doesn't warrant cancellation, however if you move 20+ miles away from the location they can cancel. Seems ridiculous. It's cool though, keep billing me for membership when I'm no longer able to walk.

Extremely clean facility and a surprising number of machines and racks open for how many people were at the gym. My experience is around 745-8am on a Thursday, so this may change as the week starts up again but overall very enjoyable experience.
