Only 2 showers working at the time so there was a wait

Hot water is back in the 2 out of 4 working showers!

Overpriced day pass at $30 and a very mediocre gym. I am only in town visiting for 1 month and there are no options for me other than the day pass.Would not recommend.

Terrible service - Jesus only comes on weekends (manager). Spoke with Vivian about cancelation, but she never asked why I was canceling, nor did she care. I signed my daughter up for gym membership, and staff told her she needed to leave the premises. Someone at Planet had placed notes that services were being used by other than the members. I paid for my daughter to have membership, and they kicked her out. Poor service, leadership needs to coach his staff.

My "home gym" is Coachella Planet fitness. I've been going to the La Quinta one since February 2023 with my coworker in the morning. (It is a farther drive for me) I don't mind the farther driver because of a staff member who has taken the time to help us understand some of the equipment.Charles works the graveyard shift at LQ. He is a very friendly and motivating staff member. I have always hated the gym because I didn't know how to utilize the equipment provided. Charles is THE ONLY staff member who walks around and checks in with members durning workouts. He strikes up conversations and helps when members ask. He is the only staff member I feel comfortable asking how to use something. He is the only one because he is the only one who is approachable and not on his phone or just sitting behind the counter.It makes gym days feel longer when Charles isn't there cheering us on and motivating us.Please give his man a raise and more days so we can stay motivated and have a friendly face when we enter the gym.Charles is truly one of the best and this guy deserves recognition!If you are like me and not sure how to use gym equipment and get nervous to ask go to planet fitness LQ Charles works Monday and Tuesday's he starts in the late evening and is out by 6am.

It's okay. The handicap shower been broken for MONTHS in the women's restroom. The restroom smells bad all the time and it always kind of dirty as well. When I go grab paper towels to wipe down the machines a lot of time they are either out of paper towels and the spray.I know that I will receive a reply that say "sorry for the inconvenience please contact us at this email" I tired it's an email to talk to someone at Planet Fitness but not to help with club issues. For club issues they said to contact management.

Perfect for a good work-out with a large assortment of exercise machines, free weights, treadmills & most importantly they have 4 stair masters. many others fitness places have 0 or 1 which makes it very difficult to use. Also can not beat the price & 24 / 7 fitness hours. Wish they had a bike rack but use a trash can to lock up when I ride my bike there

I come here during the nights 3-6 am the staff during this time although it's night they always have a great and friendly attitude and overall nice, they clean the restrooms often and place is overall clean and good machines.

First time in this location. No toilet paper 🧻 at all, at least not in the men’s bathroom. After I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk, I checked the toilets again 45 minutes later, and the problem was still not fixed. I talked to the other two workers at the front desk, and one of them started looking for it, but the lady chose to ask me: “are you a member of our club?”, like it matters…. she also refused to provide her name in the presence of the other three workers. Seems, like the problem is not just her, but the culture in this club🙁.One of the members said, that the same issue happens every Sunday.I always knew that “you get what you pay 💰 for” but I didn’t realize it comes to saving on toilet paper 🧻🫤.
