There wasn't anyone there to check me in, after I specifically went during their staffing hours. Thankfully, someone else let me be a guest of theirs but I'd really have liked to get my membership acknowledged.

A good gym however since ownership cut fulltime staff, the gym has lost some of its quality amenities. i.e. staff to clean/replace rags, staff to unlock lockers, staff to turn on the ceiling fan, staff to answer membership questions.

I love iGym! The Tiffin location is very clean, organized, and the amenities are great! The employees always greet you with a smile and it’s a very welcoming environment!

Terrible customer service, clogged toilets with nasty odor in the gym. But the worst is inappropriate young men that congregate in large groups creating personal safety concern if you are a loner female. I was stuck with a $175 cancellation fee even though I called several times and emailed cancellation request. Eventually had to reach out to multiple foreign and hard to understand agents at ABC finance. This club does not care. Try HOTWORX if you are a female over 45
