A great new gym for anyone at any level. The machines work well targeting the correct muscle groups while giving you a safe lift. The environment is also a 5/5. Mainly quiet because a lot of the people have their own headphones. Krista does a great job assisting “us” members and making sure we know where everything is located.

Signing up was a great experience. The staff member was kind and gave me a tour of the gym. Everything is clean and it’s a great place to work out.

It is a very nice size gym. It has a variety of workout equipment and has made building a workout routine fun and enjoyable. I also really enjoy their massage chair and infrared sauna
