I had an ok experience here. I joined fit theorem after I saw the 6 weeks challenge ad on internet. The ad said that there will be diet plan, recipes for easy meals, and much more. I never received anything except one sheet that said that I need certain amount of protein, carbs and veggies. Their preset goal was to lose either 25 lb or 6% body fat in 6 weeks. It’s something super challenging for someone like me who weighed 107 lbs and 27% body fat at start. During my orientation, I was convinced that they would come up with a goal that fits me better because obviously losing 25 lb was out of question for me. And guess what?? 2 weeks out and nothing about the goal. Even the machine they had wouldn’t give correct readings. They brought a new machine 2 weeks later and used that to track the measurement. My coach changed my start date to 2 weeks later to adjust to that, which I’m cool about. The person who promised me a reasonable goal during orientation wasn’t my coach and didn’t seem like they communicated with my coach. Finally after a super long wait my coach decides that losing 6% body fat is my goal. What a consideration! If I had known that there would be no consideration or adjustment on the goal, I wouldn’t have joined. My coach definitely tried to help but it just didn’t seem like it was under his control anyway. Apart from this experience, the classes were fun and challenging. I feel stronger and I eat better than before. I don’t regret that I joined fit theorem but I could have gotten a better experience somewhere else with the 500$ I paid. There’s no doubt on poor communication. But the studio is clean and environment is friendly. If your goal is to lose 25 lbs or 6% body fat then I recommend the 6 weeks challenge. But it you are a tiny person like me, I suggest you to do the monthly membership instead as there’s going to be no consideration given your size.

This boxing workout is amazing. The 6 week challenge here is a great way to kick off your fitness goals. If you dedicate the 6 weeks you will see results. The staff is friendly and the small class sizes are not intimidating because everyone is so nice and encouraging. Definitely recommend this workout!

Place has gone downhill. The turnover for staff here is ridiculous. I'm assuming the Owner is not great to staff since 7 of the 8 staff members quit this week. I pay a lot of money for a membership to a gym who treats their employees like garbage. Not sure I would like to continue to fund the lifestyle of someone who has no regard for their employees. Best part about this place was the amazing instructors such as Jessa, Jessica, Eric, Alyssa, Dani, Sydney, and Stephen. Very disheartening getting close to instructors and building relationships with people during your weight loss/fitness journey and then see them disposed of without the blink of an eye. Spend your money elsewhere. Absolutely would not recommend.

This is the place to go to if you want to get a full body workout without actually feeling that your working out. It’s a super fun place and there is always a mix up of routines that keeps you motivated. All coaches are amazing especially Steven and Jessica. They go all out to answer any questions and guide you with proper form and technique.I feel so much more stronger and in shape since I joined three months ago.

I REALLY wanted to love this place. Paid the $499 for the 6 week challenge, on top of the glove & wrap purchase so it was a pretty hefty investment. It just seemed like they could never get the communication right. The challenge advertises a personal accountability coach and a personalized nutrition plan but I was 2 weeks late getting a coach which pretty much consisted of copy and paste generic texts...and never really received any personalization or guidance on the nutrition plan besides a 5 minute conversation that still left me with questions. I was supposed to roll into a membership but could never get them to respond so I eventually just stopped going...haven't heard from them since. They were nice people and the classes were fun... but overall I just feel like they didn't deliver on what was promised and I ended up wasting over $500.

I had a great experience at fit theorem. I signed up for the six weeks challenge, and let me tell you it really was an experience. I pushed myself harder than I’ve ever had to. The nutrition plan and grocery list provided was easy to follow. The instructors are always encouraging. I think one of my biggest challenge was the food aspect, I’m a caterer so I cook almost every day. And obviously I have to taste the food to make sure it’s good and all. That was challenging because the food wasn’t healthy or even part of my meal plan, so I improvised by having other people like my brother taste for me when they’re around. I especially appreciate that there were varying schedules for working out which makes it easy to come in at my preferred time. There were days I didn’t feel like going in but I’m glad I stuck it through. I also like the weekly motivational text messages I received, those were encouraging. Thank you Fitt Theorem.

As someone who joined a little under a month ago, I have had the best time. The coaches have been wonderful! They keep you motivated and help you on your technique, making sure you’re getting the most out of the workout. If you have any questions from the workouts to gear/merchandise, they are happy to help out. Very clean and spaced-out space. Kickboxing at Fit Theorem is definitely worth it!

Classes are good, if the schedule permits. Times are very limiting. Getting a hold of someone is impossible. No one calls back, I have got blanket texts but nothing relevant to my concerns.

The studio, crew & music is outstanding! New way of losing weight by learning kickboxing & for my 1st time I am glad to become a member, even through the pain! Pain is beauty!

Been with ILKB for year now. I've tried every workout possible and this is one of the only ones I've stuck to! It doesn't get easier, you just push harder! Obri's classes are seriously the best!! She keeps me motivated to come in!
