Customer service is non existent. Signed up for an intro class on Monday at 5:15pm. Got a text at 4am that it’s overbooked (not sure how that’s even possible online) and to reschedule. Then when I asked for next available M-W at same time I got told only Thursdays.

I visited this OTF as I am from Florida and was in town for business. DJ and Santana both lead classes that I attended. Getting signed in was easy from a digit form sent to me before arrival. I was able to meet a friend from Iowa and work out with her too during my visit. Great gym. Big. Clean. Friendly. I will be back.

OrangeTheory is the thing you never knew you needed until you have it and it’s the best thing to ever happen to you! Shoutout to Coach DJ! She is literally gold at OT Las Colinas! Her music playlist is TOP TIER! Sometimes you forget you’re even working out! It feels like a fun dance party!Thank you OT Las Colinas for building my confidence back especially after having a baby. I would 100% recommend OT to anyone who asks! Don’t let the price deter you! It’s so worth it! Your self worth and self confidence will thank you for it in the long run!

A lot of thought seems to go into choreographing the workouts, the afterburn concept resonates, the orange theory range is - by definition - custom to my health and capabilities, coaches are excellent at motivating performance and are there to prevent any big mistakes/injuries, the scheduled classes create habits, the location is <5 minutes from my house. And, as a Clemson Tiger, I happen to like orange!

As a travel nurse, I really love going to different orange theory studios every city I travel. But I have to be honest, this was the worse fitness coach I’ve come across this morning. Her name was DJ. My 1st time at this studio, I walked up to the coach and told her my medical/physical limitation & she just looked at me like, why am I speaking to her…it was very awkward/rude. She didn’t even ask my name or introduce herself, overall unwelcoming demeanor. Throughout the workout I just had to figure out how to do things in my own modified ways, as she didn’t check on anyone in the room nor did she make sure we had good form to prevent injury. The whole experience was pretty bad so I would NOT RECOMMEND this location. I can’t speak on any other coach there, but this one looked like she either doesn’t like her job or doesn’t care about the OTF Members.

My first class was last Saturday and it exceeded my expectations. The staff made a really good first impression and now I’m a member!

The customer service here is spot on. The gentleman that answered the phone was polite and courteous. Even though I called for a service they don’t offer,(kickboxing) he helped me find a gym. If I decide in the future to get a gym membership this will be my first choice.

Training - I took free first session and after that I enrolled for Elite membership.I thought I can get a class in my convenient time. But I could not able to find class availability when I’m available but classes are available to book in the early mornings and in the week day work hours. So I felt it’s waste of money.Membership - Charged $109 plus tax for elite and I realized that I can not able find my class whenever it’s convenient to me.I stop by fitness center , requested to cancel before 3 days of my first month end / 3 days before to the next month payment cycle but they charged one more month fee of $109 plus tax after canceling my membership. They said they gonna charge one more $109 for next 30 days after you request for cancellation. These guys looting money with these policy’s.
