I would definitely not recommend going to this place as it’s just a total waste of money and the customer service is the Worst I have ever seen.I was told that my account is cancelled and will be charged for that particular month which was fine but then I was charged again the next month and when i spoke to the customer care agent they said that I have to come to studio and When I went there I was told I need to pay for one month and I can go to classes if i want which is very unprofessional. It doesn’t depend on how to train people always but it also depends on how good you treat people. I’m happy I finally got rid of this membership even though I had to pay for 2 months extra.

My wife and I joined Orange Theory at this location in January and have been attending 3-4 times a week for 9 months. At first the workouts were very difficult, being out of shape, but the coaches are very encouraging, help you work on your form so you don’t hurt yourself, and keep you going at your individual pace. They can tell when you’re slacking and do their best to push you when it’s appropriate, but don’t make you feel lame if you’re not an Olympic athlete. Shout-out to coaches Sarah (retired), Santana, and DJ who have coached us from the beginning. Look forward to hitting our 500th class together!
