Hands down the best gym in onslow county. I’ve tried mulitple gyms in the area and this one stuck out to me. Not only the newly upgraded size (which is huge) the gym equipment is top tier. What makes the the spot is the owners as well they’re the best people and will help out with any of your goals/ needs! Highly recommended!

I have been going to exss fit since their beginning! I've had the privilege to watch them grow into the beautiful gym they are today. They truly care about their members and will go over and beyond to help you reach your goals. It's also always clean and comfortable. Very family friendly! I highly recommend exss fit!

After exercising there for several months, I began experiencing a surge of restless leg syndrome. After speaking to my doctor, he suggested that I cut down on my physical activity. I wasn't saddened by the doctor's orders because I hadn't lost any weight and seem not to get any help with any of the equipment. I began a walking regiment and lost 10 lb. I sent the owner a letter asking for my second year which I paid in full refunded. It's been over a week and I've not received a phone call or an email stating why I have not received my second year refund. I'm okay with him keeping the current year, but I'm not okay with paying for a second year that I'm unable to go to exercise.

When you come to EXSSFIT the dynamics of training changes. The trainers are awesome and above reproach. Cliff and Kurtis have a team dynamics approach that feeds into their individual personal trainer style and reflects in, on, about their clients health and goals they want to reach. They train and challenge you to bring out the goals you want and the ones that you did not know you wanted.
