Excellent gym! While I believe most of their clientelle are fitness classes and their mobile gym, they accommodate more heavy lifters like myself. With dumbbells that go beyond 100 lbs and being both free weight friendly (powercage, many barbells, dumbbells, ez grip, etc) and plenty of machines for all muscle groups, I found it to be ideal for when I wanted to heavy lift and max out, while also allowing me to have days of negatives on the machines. Cliff even accommodated me by getting a few 5 lbs and 2.5 lbs so I could add small increments in my lifts. Myself going at 8pm and beyond, it felt like having my own gym which I really appreciated when drop setting or supersetting and not having lines on equipment. I'm going to miss this amazing gym and can only hope there is something half as good in my new location.😢

This gym has everything you need! The trainers are the best and have changed my life! I went from 208 lbs to 175 and am living better than I ever have before! This gym takes you where you are and works with you as no other.

My husband and I LOVE working out here. We’re able to enjoy our workouts because it’s not overcrowded like most gyms here in the Jacksonville area. While you’re waiting for equipment at Gold’s or Planet Fitness, we’re busting out our workout at EXSS Fitness. And it’s open 24hrs people!!!
