Gold's Gym

Day two and already feeling more motivated about workouts again. Gym is packed with a variety of equipment and space is functional. Old school with a much smaller and focused crowd. Not a hang out spot like Fit4life. Cancelling my membership to that gym now that I've tried this.Thanks Danny

This has been the best gym I’ve been a member of since 2019. Constant improvements to the facility, you see where your money goes. Their childcare workers are fun, energetic and warm towards the kids. The owner Danny, and front desk right hand woman Brenda are the friendliest people and keep me coming back!

Good gym facility with a great price. However if you are a parent trying to utilize the gym daycare you might want to consider a different gym. Little kids require eyes on attention at all times ,which the kid club workers fail in here fail to provide. They are unable to resolve conflict in between children that is very normal with toddlers that are still learning their social skills. The gym owner will simply have you leave the gym since their worker fail to provide attention and/or know how to redirect children that are fighting over a toy or any appropriate circumstance. Maybe some training on early child development would mitigate this issue from their caregivers.

If you’re looking for a good gym in the Jacksonville area, this is the best one. It has everything you need and then some. I’ve been to toooons of gyms across the country and this Gold’s Gym is by far my favorite. Aside from having everything I need, it has ENOUGH of everything that I rarely ever have to wait for anyone to finish their sets (I go in the morning). The main thing that sets this gym apart though is the owner. He’s the only owner I’ve ever met who actively engages with all of his patrons. He’s in there just about every day making sure people are having a good experience. I’ve got nothing bad to say. Highly recommended.

I’ve been to different Gold’s Gyms around the country and I can say that this one is by far the best I’ve ever been to. The staff are helpful and kind. The facility is clean, organized, and it has everything you need. The culture of the gym is welcoming and I’ve never felt uncomfortable working out here. Other patrons are generally courteous and follow great gym etiquette.

Not only an amazing gym and atmosphere but the daycare Is amazing too. My daughter loves going. The teachers are always attentive, kind and compassionate. Every time I look into the daycare to check on her, they are always watching the kids play together. I love having time to workout knowing my daughter is having fun and is in good hands. I highly recommend golds gym and the child care.

I’ve been with Golds Gym since 2020. All I can say is the staff is amazing. My daughter has always loved coming to the daycare here and I love the environment.

Gold’s Gym is the best workout facility in Jacksonville. It has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. I especially like how clean it is kept. The best part is that they really care about you. Danny, who is the managing partner knows everyone by name, and takes the time to know you and your family. We will not go anywhere else.
