I absolutely love this gym! I love that I have never been made to feel less than and no one has side eyed me making me feel like I don't belong there! It is literally the best gym I've ever been to. And I actually enjoy going!! This is a space where EVERYONE is truly welcome! I did 20 training sessions with Jen, which were absolutely AMAZING! And Cliff was always smiling and encouraging (even at 5am 😴🤣)! I just can’t say enough about how great this place is! Check it out, you won’t be sorry!!

Easily the best gym in Jacksonville, the facility is clean, the equipment is high quality, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym home. 11/10!!

Amazing class with the awesome Gabby this morning! She's super motivating and encouraging and just a bundle of positive energy. The whole vibe at this gym is awesome. Never a bad experience.And also because of her personal training, where I was once told I had to reconstruct my wedding dress just to fit in it....well (challenge accepted)..NOW I can fit in my dress without alterations! So she made me look good AND saved me money on alterations. LolIf you are on the fence about joining a gym or which one to join...this is it!
