This is a great anytime fitness location. It’s always Clean, great equipment and great staff… I highly recommend this gym over others in the area

I do not recommend this location. The owner/manager will sell you on something that is not in the contract. we called to cancel our membership only to find out we were locked into a 18 month contract instead of the 12 month thought we were in. We called the owner to see if he would help us get out and he just kept referring to the contract and not what he explained to my wife and I. Very unprofessional pretty much calling us liars.

The place is clean, but is not a good value for your money. There are many better choices. The classes are VERY limited and only offered a few times a week and not during the day. Assistance with the machines is also limited so you better know what you are doing or you have to pay extra for a personal trainer.The automatic renewal and terms of the contract are also limited and suck you into a full 18months of payments and then YOU have to notify them that you want out or you'll have to keep paying.I DO NOT RECOMMEND>

Cleanest gym I have ever been a member of. Spotless. I’m kinda a neat freak so this is important to me.The owner, Jeremy, is so attentive. Will listen to anything you have an issue with and address it.Can’t say enough.

I've been an active member since 2017 - 3 to 4 times per week. I travel a lot for work and have been to many other Anytime Fitness locations in different parts of the country (multiple cities in Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Arkansas, South Carolina, Maryland ...etc). This is by far the cleanest and best maintained location I've visited (Murphreesboro, TN is a close second). I have two sons (9 & 12) that love to work out with dad (best bonding experience I've ever had). Jeremy and the staff are more than accommodating with my boys: showed them the safe and correct way to use the equipment (special thanks to Katie and Tina - outstanding PT's) Thank you for allowing my boys to work out with me: they're developing a fitness lifestyle at an early age. Simply put, Anytime Fitness (Rucker Rd, Alpharetta) has/is:- great staff: friendly and knowledgeable, including Personal Trainers that get results.- very clean - showers, bathrooms, windows - everything immaculate- great equipment (everything you'd need no matter what your goals), the equipment is well maintained (I've never seen equipment not working) and there's enough that I rarely have to wait.- incredible Value: I get a better workout in a shorter amount of time than any gym I've used in the past (that includes several of the large national chains that charged me much more) Many of the member's I've met say the same thing. Added bonus is the members I've met are friendly, but they're here to work out first and socialize second.I'm glad my wife convinced me to try Anytime Fitness. Best decision I've made in a while. I'm healthier and close to being as fit as when I wrestled.

If I could give this gym zero stars I would. The gym itself is fine, it's clean, it has a equipment, it's exactly what you would expect for a 24 hour facility. However, should this gym no longer fit your needs the membership is virtually impossible to cancel. I've mailed in forms -- still got charged. Spoken with the owner -- got refunded and then charged the next month. I've mailed back the key fob -- yep, still getting charged. It's been MONTHS and every time I think I've finally cancelled the membership I get charged again.

We are long time members of Anytime Fitness Crabapple location- we had to take a short break but we just came back- we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The owners treat everyone special. It is super clean and a wonderful atmosphere to work out in. You are guaranteed to get a top notch personal and professional experience every time you go! We love it!!

My boyfriend and I started coming here after the gyms were opened after COVID-19 lockdown was over. Jeremy, the owner, was incredibly kind and understanding about our temporary membership (we hold memberships elsewhere). Jeremy keeps his gym spotless and it is filled with sanitizing/disinfectant sprays as well as hand sanitizers. The bathrooms are immaculate and the machienes are all in perfect working order. I will always recommend this Anytime Fitness to anyone looking for a reasonably priced membership with great patrons and anyother gym Jeremy owns and operates.

This is a great gym! Clean and professionally maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Looked at a lot of gyms before choosing this one. Easy access to machines and equipment.Great personal trainers available to help.
