If you are around the area definitely check them out. U won’t regret it. The coaches are amazing and the members are awesome. Coach TK will definitely push you to the limit. TJ (owner) is definitely one of the coolest gym owners I’ve met in the last 12yrs of my CrossFit journey..very understanding and always keen to help you get started.

A CrossFit box with a true sense of community and no sacrifice of challenge or competition. Passionate owners, dedicated and knowledgeable coaches, friendly members, great programming and equipment. My wife and I have been with PPG for almost a year and unfortunately have to say goodbye due to relocation. In that year, I’ve gotten in the best shape and learned to love CrossFit, something I wasn’t able to do at previous boxes. Thank you TJ and Virginia for the best training experience!

Great gym, owners, and members!! Traveling for work away from home for a couple months is always tough but they took me in as one of theirs and made me feel at home! Couldn't recommend a better place!

Great box, super fun and welcoming environment. I dropped in for a few days during a work trip to Norcross and it immediately felt like my home gym. The owner TJ got back to me right away after I sent the initial inquiry, and his wife welcomed me on my first day and helped get me acclimated. Great programming, coaches knew their stuff, and they were more than willing to help out and offer advice if needed. PPG definitely does its part in making CrossFit feel like a family. Highly recommend.

Great box, great WOD's, and great owners! Clean facility and well stocked with gear. I travel quite a bit for work so therefore I do a lot of drop-ins all over the eastern US. Definitely one of the nicer CrossFit gyms I have visited!

I think my biggest regret when I lived in GA was not switching to PPG sooner. The community and programming allowed me to build up my strength and focus on my workouts. The members are fantastic and the owners really care! Definitely my favorite gym in the Norcross + Atlanta area.

Cannot brag more on the true southern hospitality that was shown at this location. Currently on a work trip this week and decided to stop by CrossFit PPG. TJ, owner, and his staff are top notch. Excellent coaching tonight. Will definitely return.

Best box in the area hands down. Current member now, started a year ago after trying out different boxes in the area as my previous gym was forced to close its doors down. I went to several other facilities, and the vibe was not even remotely close as what PPG offers. Excellent coaching staff, which have helped me tremendously with my mobility/flexibility. I'm extremely thankful for them. It's a big family of members; everyone is really friendly, and willing to help which is what solidified my decision to join. TJ and Virginia are always upgrading the facility, adding barbells, ring rows, and tons more. If you live in the area, make sure to drop in, you might just end up joining.
