The best box in town . Trainer has good knowledge and knows what she is doin. Everyone is like a family here and get along soo well. Definetly would recomend and its worth a try.

CrossFit Sting is a great box to workout with a very knowledgeable coaching staff and friendly community. I was very pleased with my drop in experience as an experienced crossfitter. I will definitely be dropping in again the next time I’m visiting in town.

This place is Awesome! I would recommend it to anyone like me; if you are looking to lose weight and be encouraged to do it!, This is the place to start, I used to live in Alpharetta and this is THE PLACE! to do Crossfit. Danielle and Jessica Pecora are the best Crossfit Trainers I ever known. They are patient and hard at the same time. making you move and make progress. I would recommend you start with them as soon as possible. They also have food challenges and awesome equipment! Oh the schedule will work for anyone!, I am a busy guy and their schedule was perfect for me!
