All the instructors create unique workouts so no class feels the same and eliminates the dreaded 'workout boredom'. They provide alternatives so they meet every skill level perfectly where we are. So glad I found this place!

Cheerful, beautiful bright interior decor, excellent instruction, and combined with healthy diet, I have toned very quickly after only 3 weeks....I can tell because my jeans are already feeling notably looser thanks to both the barre and TRX classes! A few injuries lately from my friends "Did you lose some weight?" The most glorious words to hear.Found my home studio for sure. So very pleased with Elevate..the instructors have been very good with me as I am coming back into fitness after about a year of illness. I am happy to spread the word! Love love Elevate

I absolutely love this studio and all of the instructors are amazing. The workouts target specific areas and the instructors make sure you are doing each move to get the best workout. In just a few short months, I can see the changes in all these areas I was hoping to improve. This is the best workout and the most fun!

I love this place! Before coming to Elevate I hated working out but the instructors, music, and exercises at Elevate truly make it a fun experience. Each class is different so it's never gets mundane and you definitely get a workout each time! The instructors are very attentive, carefully paying attention to each individual to be sure their form is correct and to provide alternative options if a particular position is uncomfortable for you. In addition, the owners, Colleen and Jen, are extremely helpful and personable, it's obvious that they truly care about each of their clients. I highly recommend Elevate Fitness.
