HOTWORX Alpharetta offers the best workout mentally and physically at all levels. The team is always a pleasure to work with and encourages you to do your best! The gym is always being cleaned and I always feel safe working out here. The variety of classes offered virtually and the hot saunas leave you feeling fully accomplished even on days you don’t feel like coming. We all have busy life’s but this powerful work out checks the boxes in small periods of time!! “Earning the burn’🔥 at HOTWORX Alpharetta is a must!!

Update 7.13.23: no longer a member. Owners changed.******If you join Hotworx, you will absolutely become “addicted” in a good way!! My husband and I have worked out at almost every type of fitness studio out there. We joined Hotworx together once we experienced the massive benefits when working out in infrared heat: improved cardio health, strength and mobility improvements, increased flexibility, regular detox via sweat (hello, sweat!!) and much more! It helped me manage my bad joint pains which are side effects from cancer treatments. Due to my health condition and coronavirus/quarantine, we have been unable to be in the studio and my joint pain is back again :( The first thing I will do once it is safe for me to workout away from home again is get back into Hotworx. For now, I can do their challenging Virtual Personal Trainer workouts using the Hotworx app, which have helped me stay strong and limber.
