HOTWORX - Suwanee, GA (Laurel Springs)

I've been going here for 3 years. It's a different, but effective exercise place. The infared head and the seperate room sessions allow you to sweat alone, or with a close friend/partner. Booking your session on-line reserves your space..very nice. The downside for me is that the hot-rooms are not heated unless someone has used the room before your session.

I joined Suwanee( Laurel spring) hotworx yesterday and tried three different rooms for isometric workouts . All of them were so uncleaned , webs hanging around in room and door . So much dirt also has accumulated on heater door , floors are filled with hairs and dirt . I also noticed candy wraps in water bottle holder . Please please pay attention to daily cleaning and hygiene !

I was on vacation visiting family in Duluth,father's day weekend GA. The nearest HotWorks was in Suwannee, GA.(3245 Peachtree Pkwy Suite K, Suwanee, GA 30024)To my surprise I came in expecting an awesome experience only to be met at the door by a foul odor and to find majority of the machines were broken I started on the cycling bikes the straps were broken. At least 2 bikes in each room was broken.I proceeded to schedule a row class and one of the row machines needed maintenance it was making a loud noise the entire time. The other row machine straps were broken I moved into another room and on this machine the tension lever broken. The third room virtual sound would not come through.The facility is not clean nothing has been sanitized it’s very run down overall and it was a total waste of time…I do not see myself or others wanting to return because the conditions are very poor to say the least. My home base of New Orleans maybe small in size but I have not had to deal with deplorable conditions!

Really enjoy working out in the heated sauna. The virtual classes are easy to follow and you get a great workout. There is an option for everyone. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I can’t say enough about this place! I feel incredible after every visit. My Arthritis doesn’t bother me anymore and I even lost weight! Everyone should try it, I know they will love it!

The best workout I’ve ever gotten!! I sweat so much & my calorie burn is absolutely insane. & it’s open 24 hours so I’m able to catch a class very easily!! Works amazing with my busy schedule. Definitely recommend HOTWORX Laurel Springs!!

LOVE the 24/7 - especially with an unpredictable schedule!
