Jennifer and Brooke are both amazing! Due to my work schedule now ive had to take a break from here. But, ill be back! The place is clean, safe, welcoming and relaxing as well. Both ladies are friendly, patient, and great instructors. Jennifer is who i mostly seen and even while she was pregnant, although she was cautious, her level of commitment and service did mot change! They are very knowledgable as well. And reasonably priced and flexible. So if you are looking for the perfect pilate studio, this is it!

I've been exercising with Brooke for a couple of months now. In this period:1. I've been having so much fun! She's gentle and patient, and the class is lovely;2. I've learned a lot about pilates (and I know there's a lot to be discovered yet);3. my posture got better;4. my core is stronger;5. I feel much more confident to do what I love- which is running.I totally recommend Johns Creek Pilates for anyone! I intend to continue for many, many years! Thanks Brooke!

Postpartum rehabilitation is an aspect of prenatal care that is extremely neglected. Women are rarely given any instruction on rehab exercises and tips for postpartum recovery. I was given vague instructions from my doctor to “take it easy” for six weeks then I could return to my full out routine. Not feeling comfortable with returning to high impact, pound the mat exercise after my third c-section and 8 weeks of being limited to siting and laying in a bed while my incision healed, I researched gentle core stability exercise and controlled exercise (if there was such a thing). I found several results explaining the benefit of pilates for core strength.I called Johns Creek Pilates and spoke with Brooke and upon hearing her enthusiasm to help me recover combined with her previous experience and success with clients recovering from surgery, I started my pilates journey. She is wonderful. She has helped me establish a connection with my core, I do feel I am stronger, have more balance and have more control. My range of motion and flexibility have improved. My posture has improved! I highly recommend Johns Creek Pilates for anyone as after my own experience I believe everyone can benefit from pilates. Especially those looking for post c-section abdominal strengthening. Start here.

Johns Creek Pilates has been an excellent experience for me - the staff is kind, honest, insightful, experienced and fun! When I started with them I was suffering with lower back issues and leg injuries from years of soccer - they were able to craft a routine to first help my back then later adjust it to support my return to fitness so I can play the sport I love. Thanks guys!
