I think this is an ok gym and cancelled due to a work conflict. This is where my negative review starts. Good luck canceling! I have a month to month contract and cancelling is impossible. They force you to cancel via mail which they conveniently loose. I suspect they do it this way as there is no paper trail. It’s 2019, why can’t you cancel via email?I personally think there are better gyms around that offer cheaper membership, better class schedules and do not make cancelling impossible.

Been coming here for almost a year, and have had a great experience with the kid's program for Jiu Jitsu. The coaches are tough, but fair with the kid's, and the kids all get along with each other as a team!It is my son's only team sport right now, and he really clicks with kids (boys and girls in same class... awesome). We initially didn't care about competition, just wanted the self confidence building. After 2 tournaments, my son has seen some success and it really reinforces his interest, and also helps with bonding even more. They start as early as 5 years old, and go through early teen years before transitioning to a adult program, which is fantastic... Alex, Marc, Pete, Brian, and Scott are all top-notch!

Knuckle Up has been my home for the past eight years. It has hands down the best BJJ in town. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I really don't understand the low reviews. I found CJ to be very easy-going and not pushy at all. When I was presented with membership options after I used my Groupon, the rates and terms were explained very clearly. I never felt like he …

I have been a member here for the last 2 years. I only train jiu jitsu with Master Ricardo Murgel, Professor Steve Mitchel, and Quentin Rosenweig. My experience has been great! My teammates are the best and everyone at the gym is really …

We first came to KnuckleUp in 2009 and we were immediately impressed with the gym and the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program. We have been happy members since. The BJJ program is top notch, but what else would you expect for a place with an 8th …

I love the KnuckleUp kickboxing classes! Although they can seem intimidating, the classes are actually very easy to get started with. The instructors do a great job of helping us newbies get in there and start getting fit. If you are truly wanting to lose weight and to keep it off, kickboxing is the way to go. Nobody does it better than KnuckleUp! I have tried some of their more popular competitors in the area. Nowhere have I had as much fun while getting in such a great workout than at KnuckleUp. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Knuckle Up is probably one of the worst establishments in Atlanta for BJJ, MMA, Kickboxing, etc. There are ALOT of better options. Try Alliance, Unit 2 Fitness, Tiger, etc. Knuckle Up has mostly inexperienced, poorly trained instuctors. …

If you are serious about losing weight, building muscle and getting fit, then this gym is for you. I took a free Kickboxing class just to check it out and the next day I cancelled my membership at the Y and joined Knuckle Up Fitness. At first I did not like the idea of a contract, but the workout was so awesome and intense that I knew I wasnt throwing my money away. This is the best gym I have ever joined!
