Lisa, Luke and Brittney are the best! Had my daughters 9th birthday party here and the kids loved it, the amount of planned activities was perfect and kept the kids entertained the entire time. Highly recommend for classes or birthday parties.

My 2 boys (3, 7) went to metro gymnastics weekly for approximately a year (or a little less). I can honestly say I was it was a really good fit for both of them in terms of teaching style and accommodating to the inexperienced (first time) gymnast. Unfortunately we had to stop when my 7 year old was confirmed on the spectrum and was immediately thrust into occupational therapy, speech therapy and behavioral therapy (3x a week).I am thankful for how well the trainers worked with both of my boys. The young male trainer (I believe was the owners son?) especially was so caring and helpful to my 7 year old which not only made it a great experience but I felt was a positive influence and role model. All the trainers were great. The class sizes can get large. They break them up into 3 groups and rotate stations throughout class. It moves pretty quick and multiple children are active at one time so I would not say there is alot of downtime such as you might find with group swim lessons.

It’s a family place, the teachers are awesome and they really give attention for all kids during the class. My kids love to go there !!!! I highly recommend it!

Nicole, the teacher who worked with my 2 year old, is amazing at her job! We really love this place. Edited to add: We attended gymnastics here for a year before moving, mostly with Meagan, who is amazing and so patient with the little ones. Highly recommend this business!!

We had our daughter's 7th birthday party here. The staff and owner were awesome with the kids. We were at another gym and after her party we have now transferred over to Metro.

My daughter has been enjoying gymnastics and tumbling at Metro since she was 2 years old. She's 10 now and it's one of her favorite places. Great people and fun atmosphere. I can't say enough good things about them.

I love gymnastics I really want to learn and I try to teach my self so now I know how to do a cartwheel,forward roll,backbend,and a kinda of a handstand and my mom said I could join it if I could know when it ends and starts plus is a after school too my mom wants to know
