The staff is excellent. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and make you feel welcome every time you step in the gym. With multiple types of fitness classes, you can switch up your routine and achieve a successful workout. Even the other members at the gym give positive encouragement during workouts for that extra motivation. So glad I was referred to Tru Alliance!
