Love the "no brainer" workouts. The coaches tell you exactly want you need to do, they push you harder than you'll push yourself, but you can still make the workout your own. Make it hard, or scale back if you're new to working out. The workouts kick my butt every time, and love that they're always changing so I don't get bored. Plus, Mandi and Kelly are awesome coaches at Johns Creek! Keep up the great work!

What I really enjoy about OTF workouts is: the intensity, the verity of my workouts, the quality of the instructors, the ability to track your progress in real time, and knowing that every time I walk in the door I know i'm going to get a great workout.

Workout was intense, but could be modified easier or harder based on ability. The trainer was great! She kept me motivated, Gave a lot of positive feedback, and kept the class on track effectively. I felt like she was pushing me to go harder, but not making me feel bad if I had to back off for a minute. Loved it overall!

High intensity style workouts leave me feeling like I've accomplished a lot for a workout session. The coaches are very knowledgeable and often provide personalized feedback during and after workouts. The coaches also seem to genuinely care about what they do and the members. Small group style classes and energizing, loud music make for an amazing atmosphere. Carey, the studio manager, is incredible and makes me feel special by constantly being being aware of an attending to my needs. LOVE this place - it has transformed my fitness.

I've been a member for almost three years now and continue being challenged by the workouts. There is no way I would do a "Orangetheory" work out on my own at the gym. Attending the classes ensures I get a great workout that I wouldn't get on my own.I love the OT coaches! They are all extremely well trained and keep the classes moving smoothly. They are encouraging, positive people with great personalities! I think some new members might get intimated by the classes because they are challenging but one thing to keep in mind is that you work at your own level of fitness. In other words, you shouldn't feel like you are expected to run as fast or walk as fast as the person next to you. You workout to your best ability. With time you will see that you can give more and more.
