I’ve been doing this for 2 months now and I am blow away by the results. My body is more defined and my back pain in gone. The 20 minute workout is challenging and has been shown even more effective then what I use to do at the gym. I look forward to my class every week. This is a MUST try!

I have been going to SmartFit for 3 weeks now and I am obsessed! I love that it only takes 30 minutes out of my day. The workouts are different every time I come in and Taylor makes sure I’m actually working my hardest. I’ve also been eating much better and I have already seen a change in my body! Went for my first appointment 8/08 and had one of the best workouts I’ve had in a LONG time. Taylor was very professional and helped create a personalized workout specifically for my goals. After the workout I felt a good pump and felt tighter. Today is the morning after and I feel sore, which is what you need in order to see results. Smart fit exceeding my expectations and Taylor was perfect.
