The on-Demand library at AWC has given me the freedom to explore and take my Ayurvedic knowledge and understanding of Yoga to the next level.

I have been shopping with and participating in events at the AWC since they opened and LOVE everything they have to offer. The apothecary is stocked with beautiful, locally-made products and gifts as well as all the herbs, oils and tinctures you could need. The practice space is beautiful, well-lit and perfect for yoga, meditation and an overall restful experience.Their in-person and online yoga, Ayurveda, and other healing programs are unrivaled. And working one-on-one with the practitioners is life changing. I have been working on-on-one with Kara for a few years and can not say enough wonderful things about her. She is kind, compassionate and SO knowledgeable. If you are looking for a community to join, a holistic health practitioner to work with, incredible bodywork treatments, guidance on yoga, Ayurveda, mediation, and more… the Ayurvedic Wellness Center is for you.

My friends and I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the most rejuvenating treatments at the Ayurvedic Wellness Center. We saw Gina and Meaghan for "Body + Mind Bliss". Warm oils were applied to the body, targeting marma points and easing body tension. The massage was incredibly relaxing and customized. The consultation was thorough and the whole experience very professional. We drove 1.5 hours for this incredible spa day and I won't hesitate to return.

Gina's a very sensitive therapist. She finds issues in your tissues (muscle, tendon, fascia) that you had only located vaguely. Her handiwork can be either hard or soft depending on what you desire and what she thinks you need. She's a delight to be in the habit of going to on a regular basis as she genuinely cares about your progress in healing or overcoming soreness that might be impeding you day-to-day. As an athlete she has helped me arrive at starting lines of several marathongs much fresher than I otherwise would have!

This is an incredible place of thoughtful, skilled, and educated practitioners. I’ve received a variety of Ayurvedic treatments here, attended educational classes, yoga, and have been seeing Gina Greene for therapeutic massage for over four years. Gina is an incredible practitioner who offers a variety of modalities from deep tissue to energy work, depending on a client’s needs. Gina’s approach is incredibly empathetic and really allows the client to choose what they need each session. I’d highly recommend seeing Gina for any of her offerings!

It was my first time to the center and I will absolutely be back! The space was so peaceful and beautiful and the shop was full of lovely surprises. The sound healing session was truly blissful and I am excited to return! Thank you!

the chai workshop was so informative. seth did an amazing job explaining the properties of each ingredient in the tea, and even better, he helped us learn to make our own brew at home. i highly recommend this workshop as a fun way to expand your knowledge and sip on an amazing beverage during the process!

I am so grateful that I decided to attend The Ayurveda Wellness Center’s Sva Sadhana training. I’ve been on a Yogic and wellness path for over two decades, but a medical emergency and a new diagnosis last year ripped me so far out of myself and off my spiritual path. I began the training anxious, lost and disconnected. Month after month Kara gave me tools that helped me find my footing. Her teachings are steeped in ancient wisdom. There are no gimmicks here, nothing to buy, nor quick fixes- only ancient truths and techniques to help you live a richer, fuller, healthier and happier life. I will forever be a student of Ayurveda.
