Got to shout out the team at Genesis! Got to love an indoor tennis court during these crazy hot days. Great facilities, really clean, and a friendly staff. The assistant manager Tyler was really helpful and I am very grateful!

I cancelled my membership back in June, meaning my final payment would be in July. I was charged again August 1st and I am still waiting for my refund that they said would take up to two weeks. Two weeks in and I still havenāt gotten the refund. I also havenāt received an apology or concern when following up. I have worked at a gym and know that refunds take 3-5 business days. This experience will definitely keep me from joining genesis again in the future.

I am a new member to the Genesis Health Club in Merriam. It's a great, clean facility with a wide range of equipment. The staff seems really friendly. When joining, I worked with Tyler -- one of the assistant managers -- and he was really knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Iāve been going to Genesis for about 4 months there. Itās been my favorite gym experience in the KC metro area so far and Iāve tried out quite a few gyms. The staff is super friendly, the trainers are extremely knowledgeable (Ben is my trainer- very knowledgeable if you want to get into power lifting), and the smoothies from the bar at this location are top tier. Above everything else, the people who attend this gym are also extremely friendly and extremely considerate. Thereās plenty of squat racks and Iāve been very lucky to even get one 90% of the time during the busiest hour of the day. Lots of equipment and free weights to cater to all kinds of training. Additionally, the classes available with your membership are a plus. :)

I had such a great experience at this Genesis!! Tyler was super helpful and so kind. The equipment was great and there is tons to do. Very clean and very sanitary. I would absolutely recommend!!
