I’ve been a member here for almost five years now. I’ve dropped in to multiple boxes during that time and I’ve yet to find a community as welcoming, friendly and encouraging as NSX. Truly a five star box.

NSX has become a huge part of my life over the past 18 months. I was having a lot of anxiety and needed something to give my body a shock and CrossFit did it!What sets this box apart from the rest is the absolute quality of coaching. All of them are consistent and constant in correcting your form and making sure you don’t get hurt. They also consistently push you to do more and go harder.Love my NSX family!!

When I first moved to Tri-cities, I didnt know a single person in town. I joined Natural Selection Crossfit and was pretty quickly welcomed into a friendly, supportive community who has made my time in Tri-cities much, much better than it otherwise would have been. The programming is challenging for any level of Crossfitter and there is always something new to push you. Overall, a great box to be a member of.

Whether you’re not very active or incredibly active, the coaches here know how to make sure you get an amazing workout in a safe manner and reach your fitness goals. Along the way, you’ll find an incredible and supportive community that will motivate you to push harder than you thought you ever could. At a minimum, check out the free class on Saturday at 9 am. You’ll find that you’ll keep coming back.

I have been CrossFitting at NSX for almost 4 years now, coaching for 3. I cannot imagine being anywhere else or around better people. Moving here was tough but since joining NSX I’ve not only improved in my overall fitness, but have been supported in every aspect of my life. The people here are the hardest working and most accepting people I’m very privileged to know. This place is more than a gym, it’s friends, it’s family, it is a home away from home. I’m so very thankful to be apart of Natural Selection CrossFit.

Love this gym! Crossfit was very intimidating to me since I hadn't ever really lifted weights or pushed my physical limits. The coaches adjust the workouts to fit your fitness level, while still helping you improve. They also educate you about nutrition and do 8 to 12 week nutrition challenges. This significantly changed the way I eat and I've since lost fat, gained muscle, and just feel good/balanced!
