Went to the free Saturday class and had a great time. Seems more like a family than just a gym. The price is the only reason I haven't joined.

finding NSx felt like finding a hidden gem in tri cities. badass coaches, insanely welcoming group of people, flexible hours, etc. the support there is unmatched. can't imagine going anywhere else!

If you've ever wanted to try Crossfit this is the gym for you! The staff is amazing, and truly care about you and what they are teaching you. Extremely knowledgeable about each movement and the "why" behind each one. You won't find a better environment than Natural Selection!

I have been a member at Natural Selection Crossfit for about three years now and love it! The coaches are extremely supportive and work with you to scale the workouts to your level as needed, all while encouraging and pushing you to do better and reach further.

NSX is an awesome gym, it’s large, so many nice people, lots of nice equipment, and several knowledgeable coaches. The coaches are all so engaged with the members, teaching movements safely and thoroughly, while also making new members feel welcome and help integrate them to our crazy family. The head coach has been CrossFitting for over 10 years, and is an absolute animal. His knowleadge of movements, efficiencies, and intensity shows when you look at the performance and growth of the members.

This is a wonderful box with outstanding coaches, plenty of space, and well maintained equipment. Although I don't live in the area, I train at Natural Selection when I am in town.

Many thanks to Leo for being such a hospitable host and trainer to me. Emailed him letting him know I'd be coming in.He got back and just told me to come on in.After I had gotten off my 6 hours of flying I walked over to NSX. They were already in the middle of their class. Leo got me an RX Bar and water which I desperately needed. I hopped in the 230 class and it was great!Thanks so much Leo!

I look forward to working out with my friends here everyday. Crossfit has saved my health, reduces my stress, and challenges me to my core every time I walk in. Great coaches maintain high standards and drive you to grow. There are lots of places to work out, but few which build a community. This box houses my community.

I've been a member of NS Xfit for about a year. It's been the best gym experience I've ever had. They have the best equipment and facility's you will find anywhere. The trainers are top notch and always willing to help you.From the moment you walk through the door you're part of the NS Xfit family. I have recommended NS Xfit to anyone and everyone.
