Our family loves this place so much. It started with my husband and I "giving Crossfit a try," and we've expanded to having both our daughters taking classes as well. You won't find a better gym. NSX has the best coaches, the best athletes; there is such a community feeling of getting together with your best friends to die together during a workout.

NSX is the best. They have great coaches who truly care about the athletes and the community. They take pride in coaching! It’s in a great location, and has a large variety of equipment that is constantly growing, with a big space to workout in. The people and community are amazing. I couldn’t think of a better place to go for fitness.

I have been at NSX for about 3 years. We have moved at least twice since starting there and I would go out of my way to work out with this awesome group of people. The owners and coaches take the time to program with intention. They care about pursuing additional training and making our experience the best it can be. The members are what really make the gym the place to come. I look forward to working out and talking to everyone when I go to the box.

I can't say enough positive things about NSX. The coaches are AMAZING! They are very knowledgeable and put safety first EVERY day. The programming is solid! I am constantly meeting new goals and getting better. We are always so well prepared for The Open. The members are friendly and welcoming, and comprised of ALL ability levels. Going to workout is the best part of my day!

I’ve been apart of the Natural Selection Crossfit family for over 6 years. I joined at a time in my life when I needed some personal Goals other than taking care of 4 little kids. It’s always great to walk in to the box and be welcomed and to get to welcome new Crossfitters on their journey.Natural Selection is the best at this. We are all spoiled here.Danielle Rhodes

An amazing box to meet new people and get an awesome workout. Overall experience has been the best experience ever. The workouts are planned and thought out, the equipment is in great shape, and everyone supports the whole crossfit community!

Awesome Staff! Have great coaching skills for both kids and adults. They have the technical background you are looking for in a trainer along with upbeat attitudes that come with a crossfit gym. Location is great and parking is plenty. Bigger gym so classes are larger (15ppl, can have more than that in the gym doing open gym). If you're looking for a new gym for your very fist WOD or are an experience Vet this gym has everyone at every level training. They also really love their FitAid ;). Good Stuff Guys!

They heave a huge gym with tons of equipment! The owners really care about the members. The workouts are great and will kick your rear! There is a free class Saturday morning at 9:00am, or you can sign up for a free private class to see if CrossFit is a good fit for you. I think it is a great compliment to any training program.
