KCF has been my gym home for 3 years. It is the perfect combination of strong community, quality coaching, challenging progressions, and a whole lot of fun. I would recommend to athletes at any level of experience - it’s a fantastic place to begin and grow!

As a brand new member and new athlete to CrossFit, Kent CrossFit is extremely welcoming and encouraging by way of the members and coaches. I've visited other CrossFit boxes and gyms that are extremely intimidating - this is not anywhere close to that.The coaches are on it when it comes to instructing proper form and teaching for long-term success. Don't be intimidated if you're considering joining or getting into it at this gym!6-month review update: experience at this gym has only gotten better, and having lost weight in the process doesn’t hurt either! The encouraging atmosphere of classes along with the programming has been an incredible motivator to keep going.Programming is excellent and well-regimented, spanning all levels of skill from first CrossFit class to seasoned veteran!

I’ve been a member of Kent Crossfit for over 3 years and my experience has only been positive. It’s always a welcoming and inclusive environment. I have dropped in for crossfit workouts at different gyms across the country. I have to admit that this is one of the most welcoming gyms and staff I have ever experienced at a crossfit gym. Everyone was nice and engaging. The facility is great. The owner, Chinda, was so very nice and I felt like I was a member. Steve J and the other members that day made me feel like I was a member and not a "drop in".If I am back in the area, I will go back again and again. Looking for a gym to join and today I tried out Kent CrossFit. The facility is huge, filled with lots of great equipments and it’s super CLEAN and organized.Started the session with warming up and then a fun friendly challenge of “tic-tac-toe”. For a first visit , the regulars at the gym already made me feel comfortable and we were laughing and joking with me.I got partnered up with Coach Chinda. She is really fit & strong. I was a bit slow and struggled with the partner burpees, box jumps and barbell squats, but she was really encouraging and also helped corrected my forms along the way.My butts were whipped by the time I am done, but what a workout that was!!! Huffing and puffing but it felt awesome to have completed the 3 rounds!! I can definitely see myself becoming a new member in this gym. It’s got a good vibe and people and the coaches are friendly.
