Great environment, no pressure. Everything is clean, the staff is helpful. There is always machines available to get on. I love the hydro beds after my workouts! It feels great to get that massage

Newley remodeled, large PF compared to the one in Radcliff. Clean facility and friendly staff. Only one gripe is that managers are only available during bankers hours.

Planet Fitness is a fair all around gym. Most Planet Fitness locations boast a 24/7 schedule. This location is only 5am to 10 pm. The facilities can get a little crowded around the weights and cable machines. But there are plenty of treadmills and cardio equipment to use.

I love the staff and its excellence in taking care of the gym and the members. I always feel welcomed and always greeted w/ a smile. I prefer this location to my home gym (sorry, South Killeen PF).One thing that I think should be considered is providing front desk chairs for the staff, especially the graveyard shift! There is no point in standing most of the shift when only a few members visit the gym late at night or in the wee hours of the morning. In addition, being an entity focusing on a healthy mind and body, management should understand the effects of standing long hours. I know the importance of standing during a busy time.The staff at this location are superb and should have this little incentive (front desk chairs). Employees who feel appreciated work their best and are happy. Happiness is contagious and great for business!Last, and most importantly, shout out to these excellent staff, namely, Carolina, Becca(sp?), Tim, Chris & Kam! Keep up the great teamwork! I'm impressed with the work ethics of these staff! Way to go, and keep it up! I appreciate all of you!~Texan Angel~

PF Is such a positive place to work out. I sometimes go there just to see friends and lift my spirits. The black card is totally worth it. As a person with a chronic pain condition, the hydro massage chair is everything! Thanks for being an amazing place!

Clean! Friendly staff. Cleaner than the new planet fitness in town. Would recommend.

I like the early morning workouts when there is not very many people there. The variety of equipment is good and accessibility is even better. Clean and sanitized establishment with friendly staff.
