Great facility with good equipment, but the staff may need some customer service training. I stopped by to try to sign up and asked for a full breakdown of the services and charges on paper, and the young lady said “Go online and look it up.” I simply walked away shaking my head!

Pace is always dirty. Half of the machines being broken for about a year since I being coming to this gym. Management just dont care about customer service.

It would be a good gym if they maintained the equipment and enforce some members from throwing weights around. Been about 4 months and some of the machines STILL don’t work. The floors by dumbbell side is GARBAGE and a trip hazard especially when carrying weights around.I pay monthly for a trashed facility the front entryway has Gum marking EVERYWHERE ALMOST MORE BLACK GUM THEN CON CONCRETE SHOWNThe pool room walls looks like a 90 year walls peelingonly post 2 star becuase it has potential to be an amazing place, just doesn’t have the maintenance

One of the best gyms I've been a patron of. I've tried every other gym in the area and I can honestly say I adore the facility and all it's staff. Staff is so friendly and helpful, the classes like TruPower are so challenging and rewarding, I feel so much better since I started coming here. I like the privacy the woman's section offers, and the variety of amenities at my disposal. Truly a stellar gym I recommend to everyone!
