Planet Fitness

I went to sign up my oldest son for the Summer program Planet Fitness is offering for teens age 15 to 17. They allow them to take personal training classes and to come work out whenever. My son loves to work out, so this is a great opportunity for him and his friends to have a positive place to go and have fun. I also overheard they still have Pizza Mondays. This is a GREAT gym. CLEAN and NEW EQUIPMENT and if you get their black card there are lots of extra perks. You get a free massage at the hydromassage and massage chair plus access to all the planet fitness gyms. It's great to get a massage after working out.The only COMPLAINT I have for this Killeen location is that they started implementing this policy of only giving 10 min on the massage chair this year, I used to get 15. But I can always ask for more but only at 10 min intervals, very annoying and minor inconvenience. I guess they're trying to accommodate the most people, but they should just try to keep their customers happy especially those who are paying for their premium product.So overall friendly, clean, but could be better.

Parking lot tight, too many rules, half the staff helpful while the other half offers subpar customer service (some of them don't even clean their shift and the women's room is nasty from disgusting customers). Manager doesn't give af or address customer concerns (lack of professionalism) and the machines are always down when I need to use them. The new Temple PF has good machines though.

Unfortunately I moved and don’t come here anymore but this was my favorite planet fitness! All the employees knew me by name and were so friendly, and vice versa. Michael not only helped answer any questions about fitness I had and show me new workouts, but I considered him a good friend as well. Friendly environment, great gym!

The staff is friendly, helpful and encouraging. The facility is always clean. The equipment is always maintained and functional. The environment is exactly what they mean when they say, “Judgement Free Zone”. To add to all the wonderful aspects of this club, there is also, Free Wi-Fi, which makes streaming my favorite workout tunes easier or I can binge watch my favorite show while working out. The employees are friendly The facilities are clean. The new machines are awesome There is more than enough equipment for everyone to use so little to no wait time while working out. I have 1 suggestion. Planet Fitness should start selling headphones or earbuds.

Good facility. I've tried other gyms in Killeen but because of the staff and the clean faculty,I won't be going anywhere. The staff is helpful and always available. They address equipment issues in a timely manner. The gym itself is always clean. I have the 'Black Card' membership, it is worth every penny. You can bring a guest, use the water massage chair, tanning bed, use any PF, and personal training class sessions. Today I decided to try the personal training class and was in luck because nobody else showed up! Micheal the trainer was very informative and patient. Thank you PF Killeen!

What can I say about this gym other than they're very clean, equipment are all very new, and there's a massage after. So yeah it's great. Even the lockers don't stink of sweat. Nuf said.

I'm really enjoying my membership at Planet Fitness. The classes instructed by Mike are great. I'm very impressed as well with the 30 minute Cardio Room in the back. Been there several times to utilize it and got a very good workout.I also like the fact that there are several of the same machines, so you don't have to wait on a piece of equipment.

I love the people in front desk, they are always happy and helpful. Is always clean, I love that everything is always working, never had an issue with any machine. People there are friendly and everyone just working for one goal. It was a really great experience everytime. I wish Planet Fitness was closer to my house, but is only one in Killeen.

The staff has been friendly and helpful at any time of the day. Especially the blonde, alternative looking woman. I've walked in many times and seen staff members cleaning equipment, so the gym is clean. Also, nobody has ever bothered me while I work out. Easily a 5 star rating.
