Cool gym, very clean great customer service and has loads of equipment . My review is more on the people who go as opposed to the facility, recently this gym has grown super popular so it’s been uncomfortably packed all the time and if it’s not packed you have the swoll bros who like to claim 4 different machines at one time so it feels like you can’t really do anything a lot of the time unless you’re cool with constantly changing your workout plan. I’m super patient so I don’t mind moving around and doing other things but when it happens constantly it’s a bit crazy, some of my friends have suggested crunch as a better alternative for now in terms of atmosphere . It started off cool things just changed. Also I noticed that many of the people who go here don’t wipe down the equipment after use ( because they claim they’re still using all 4 machines at one time). So I’d suggest wiping before every use.

This gym isn’t worth the price!!1.) When you walk in there will be about 5 staff members just standing at the front desk not doing anything.2.) The equipment is never clean and always has sweat stains. The workers would rather stand in the front instead of clean. Also the equipment is old and looks used.3.) There is no circulation or fans so it always stinks and stays extremely hot.4.) The pool is gross and the hot tub is even worse and looks green.Overall there are better options like Planet fitness, Crunch, or Golds gym. Save your money.

This is by far the greatest gym I've been to, period. The atmosphere is so energetic and I feel encouraged to push myself each day. The staff are also the most chill/helpful crew out there. It makes a huge difference to see a smiling face first thing through the door. BIG shout out to Morgan for setting me up with my membership and actively encouraging me between my sets. He really goes above and beyond for everyone.10/10 this is THE place to go!

Just recently started going here and I got the 3D body scan and sat down with Amanda to discuss the results and my goals and concerns about my health. She has been SO encouraging and helpful. Answering all my questions with patience, knowledge, and kindness. I love her genuine concern for my physical and mental health. She is a great motivator during sessions and I never once felt judged or less than just because I couldn’t lift heavy. I appreciate how well she’s communicated with me. Amanda also went OUT OF HER way to find my jacket I had left behind and held it for me until I could get it. 10/10 would recommend her for a personal trainer!!!!

Great gym! Friendly Faces and welcoming employees. Jessica always has a smile on her face as she greets you entering and leaving the gym. Mel is awesome as well, taking you around and really showing the ins and outs of the gym to assist you in your process of joining the gym. (I have not trained with him personally) but James always is there training other members of the gym and really pushing them to a better version of themselves. On the gym aspect Equipment seats were just replaced, New Sauna machine installed, Nice Basketball Court (full), and Lap pool! You really can't beat it. Cycling classes look fun, I might have to try it out one day. Overall, I would say this gym is the best in the area.

If I could give less stars….This gym is an absolute joke. Every bad review about this place is 100% accurate. They continue to charge your account even after you cancel. I asked the current GM to confirm what my last payment dates were. Once I noticed my account was debited again for personal training weeks after my last session and after the dates he told me, I confronted them about it and they told me they are always very clear and wouldn’t have possibly given incorrect info. Don’t sign up here on top of the rude front desk staff that continues their conversation rather than helps you, management (Antonia is one of the worst ones) , the sauna that is always broken, the A/C that is barely ever working properly, and half the machines that are missing pins to work, they will look at you, lie right to your face, and then deny everything they told you before. This company as a whole is so deceitful. I wish I never signed up here. The only good thing about my entire experience was my personal trainer! If you sign up, ask for Cassandra. She pushed me to keep going when I wanted to give up and encouraged me all the way through my sessions. I can definitely see a difference in my body as well as my stamina from my first session with her! Not to mention she is super cool!!!(Sorry Cass it wouldn’t let me leave two separate reviews. I still give you 5 stars.) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was at this gym for a year and the gym community is everything here! I’m seriously gonna miss it, and i know no other gym will compare. Antonia the manager always has a smiling face and greets everyone. All the staff is knowledgeable and friendly! My kiddos loved the kids club, and sometimes don’t wanna leave since they’ve made friends. The girls room is nice when you just want to be in your own bubble. The cleanliness of the gym is always on point, staff is always cleaning. Gym equipment is kept updated and recently they’ve added more benches & adjustable benches! Love love this gym, you won’t regret joining!!!

Last night, I was really disappointed in the pool and sauna. The pool was dirty. As I walked in it, I could feel debris clinging to me like hair, and grit under my feet, and I saw objects floating below like bandaids and stuff. When I went to the sauna, the smell was overwhelming. It smelled like urine. The water was murky green, and I could not see the bottom. No Way I was gonna get in that!

Was really excited about this gym but it has weird rules like guest are only allowed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday...? For a married couple this was not an ideal setup. The facility looked great, I took a tour and everything was very clean, with the exception of the jacuzzi as it was broken.I would say compared to other gyms, this is the best gym in the area by far, by measure of equipment maintenance, and facility variety. As far as value is concerned, the 30$ a month membership that I signed up for was an easy decision, that deal may have expired by now.

If you are considering this gym… DON’T!0/10 don’t recommend. It’s extremely dirty! There’s dust, lint, and dried sweat everywhere. They don’t take care of the equipment, over half of everything is broken, damaged or ripped in some way. The women’s weight room is secluded, but doesn’t offer a variety or sufficient amount of lighter weights. The pool area smells like fish and the water is cloudy. Don’t get me started on the sauna. The sauna is DISGUSTING!!! The one time I went in, a man was spitting on the floor.I thought none of this would be too big of a deal until today when I went in and they gave me a billing issue. Apparently my card number was invalid, which is not true because they charged my card (the same card) last month (June). I was told that the charge for July did not go through and the error was invalid card number. My billing date was the 20th, today is the 5th. So for 16 days, I received no notification of an error or issue with my card but was still charged fees for being late. And the only reason I was notified today was because I went up to the desk to buy a bottle of water and was informed of the billing issue. The only options I was given was to pay the charges or call the billing department to see what they can do. Also, let it be known that the cancellation policy is $50 within the first 6 months and must be a 30-day notice, but they added that they will waive the fee for a 45 day notice, even though this is not in my initial contract. Anyways, I called the billing department. The first THREE TIMES I called them, the phone number rings and hangs up after 20 rings. No option to leave a message. After calling a fourth time, I spoke with Deanna (might be spelled differently) and she confirmed all my information (email, phone, and card) and she was successfully able to charge the card — the same card! We made no changes and it wasn’t “fixed.” I’m only assuming they didn’t charge the card initially because they wanted fees. She told me she did not know why it didn’t go through but the only way to remove the fees was to contact the gym’s general manager. She also said that sometimes the system is not good with automating emails to notify about missed payments. She said moving forward I should receive emails and texts. Also let it be noted, I haven’t received any emails since July 15th, even marketing emails, five days before my due date. I usually receive emails from them a few times a week. So after talking to billing, I contacted the gym. They told me (I believe Antonia) that the district manager needs to be contacted to see if the fees could be discounted on my next bill. Seems like a runaround. This is too much hassle to actually enjoy the membership. The only positive I can say is that Mel helped my friend sign up and was super friendly and Bri explained the whack billing issue to me. I appreciate their help.*update: still no one has contacted me. Added a few photos of their gym. Trash in the sauna, trash left on the floor in the gym, sweat dripped machines, broken equipment.
