I'd like to eventually see a heavy boxing bag added to the main gym floor. When the gym first opened I was told the heavy bag, as well as other equipment were on back order. At the time this made sense to me because the gym opened during the COVID-19 nationwide lockdown. After a significant time has passed since then, I have not seen or heard any new developments on this. At the very least I'd like for the Combo 6 room to be open more often at different times of the week, as this kind of training is very important to me personally. It would be even nicer if a heavy bag for the main gym floor was added, AS WELL as more flexible hours for the Combo 6 room, but I understand the limitations of finding available staffing. Other than that, the people at Reception are nothing short of pleasant, the gym is relatively clean and orderly, and I don't know what more you could ask for on top of that. It's even open 24/5, with the exception of the weekends, which wasn't always the case. There is definitely potential here, and if you're the type that enjoys being able to workout by yourself without being disturbed (such as myself), this gym will meet the barebone requirements, and even add to it, should you choose.

DO NOT sign any contracts or give your bank info to these dirtbags. Canceled my membership before a deployment (which is covered under the Service Member’s Relief act) they said it was closed out and I was good to go. About a year later, they start pulling hundreds of dollars out of my account and say I owe over a thousand dollars if I want to cancel my already canceled membership. Then they will sick debt collectors on you and threaten to sue. If this is how they treat deployed military members, then I can't imagine how they treat other customers. -10/10

Antonia, Morgan, and Lynn are wonderful managers. They are great at making sure members have a great experience, the bathrooms are very well kept, the machines are always clean, Antonia is always having a positive attitude and making members feel welcome.

Advantages : big, lots of equipment, they have swimming pool, sauna, basketball court, it’s clean in the locker roomDisadvantages: sauna is usually on 140 degrees or less, pool water looks dirty, there’s piles of dust in the corners of basketball court, when something is out of order it’s gone for a looong time and I’m talking over a month

It’s the large gym in Killeen that’s off post. Great for all types with plenty of squat racks, lifting tires, a pool, fantastic staff that keeps the equipment clean and maintained.

Best gym in the area! Hands down the cleanest and best ran gym here. Shawn has the staff and equipment operating at the highest levels. Definitely recommend this gym to everyone!*Bonus ONLY gym with a full basketball court 🏀💪🏾🏀💪🏾

Great gym. Facility is always clean. I love the in gym daycare. Staff are always friendly especially the front desk employees Jessica and Brenda!

This gym is very unprofessional, first I signed up under guy who promised me under the limited of everything for $25 than 2 days later, all his stuff is gone in the office and is fired, when asked what happen they said he was signing people up under plans where he wasn’t suppose to and flirting with girls in the gym.I asked does my plan still apply and was told yes, for a few months everything was included just fine, than recently I started to run into no that’s not included you can’t use this and that. Than I talked to a “manager” about it and she stated that the childcare will still be included and the body scan will only be included until June of 2023. Because I was wanting to cancel if anything. I said cool , and they was going to stop my cancellation, and I’ll be fine here comes jan 2023 and they telling me the cancellation went though and she don’t know why because she emailed her boss, so she wanted me to sign a reinstate membership but she can’t guaranteed it will be approved and I couldn’t come back until I know if it is or not. At this point I said forget all the extra stuff and told her don’t even bother. This GYM is not something you can rely on.SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!It’s packed and dirty as well most days.

It would be 5 stars except for the fact the bathroom is always out of toilet paper. It’s really the simple things that count. Other than that the gym is awesome. I have never had to wait on equipment and there’s lots of machines. They reallly need the water fountain that’s fills up bottles.

Everything is broken. The gym members are digesting and so is the facility. The floors are definitely a hazard. It honestly needs to be remodeled, and restaffed. Everyone in sales sits on their butts all day and don’t even help maintenance clean. I believe there’s only one person cleaning the whole time. The pool and Hot tub are not sanitary!Remodel the whole place!
