Friendly atmosphere to workout in. Staff (Mel, Jessica, Antonia, Destiny, Torri and Angelica) are very professional and keeps a smile on their faces regardless of what situation comes their way. I recommend everyone gives this gym a try.

Do not recommend. Had to rate 1 star just to post. Machines are unclean, broken. Staff doesn’t keep up with client records. Requested to stop my membership, didn’t hear back fromThe manager for months. Come to find out there was a change in management and they couldn’t find my file nor did they relay the process to the new manager. Do not go here. They don’t treat military members well.

The trainer that I talk to was very hard to understand when it came down to the programs that they offer. I sighed up through active fit and was really looking forward to start working out at this gym with a trainer. I couldn’t understand how the programs worked and how much it was going to cost me a month when she was going over the program that they offer for one on one training with a trainer also the machine that measures your body fat from muscle mass was down they took mine with a different device that was not as accurate from the machine that was down today was very disappointed here because you only get one free scan when you first join unless your in a program where you get unlimited scans with your trainer.

This gym is the worst gym in Killeen. Let’s start with the 2 shootings I witnessed due to basketball games in doors getting so heated. I would say 40% of their machines are falling apart and not in working order. Their staff is incompetent, I canceled my membership last may and they “lost” the paper work so they could charge me another month. Then after I cancelled and disputed the next month charge they sent a sleezy collection agency after me for that one month. Their pool is always green, sauna rarely works. Don’t waste your money on this place. It’s not worth it.

I worked out here for 3 years, 4-5 days per week. I brought two kids to the child care and did the TruPower class. I am so sad to move because this gym checked all of the boxes for me. Affordable, great trainers (Lynn, Liz and Cassie were my favs), clean, great equipment, childcare was friendly. As a mother of 5 I had many days where working out was my only form of self care. TruFit provided me so much and I will forever be grateful to them. After I had my youngest and took a 6 week break from TruFit I literally cried tears of joy when I walked through the doors to go work out again. That’s how much I love this place. Thank you TruFit staff and management for such a great experience.

Best gym in Killeen! I’ve been going there since it was Golds Gym and since TruFit bought it out they’ve done so much with the place and added so many new machines and it’s very clean.The staff there is very friendly and always welcoming especially Morgan he is always helpful and always greets people with a smile. They have the most amazing trainers that are so knowledgeable and amazing at what they do ! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It’s my home away from home❤️

This place is very welcoming. As soon as i walked in , i was Greeted by Jameel and his energy was cool. Jameel helped me and provided the best customer service while keeping it real with me.. He explained the Gym very good. He also helped my girlfriend get a membership to meet her needs also. Thank you for your help and welcoming us to your Gym!

Went in to check out the facilities to see if I wanted to join. The gentleman, Jason, did not want to show us the facilities until Morgan told him to go ahead. The equipment looks like it was left over from Gold’s Gym and the pool had a heavy smell of chlorine. My husband is a Certified Pool Operator and said that was too much. We looked at the spa and it was green. Jason stated it was the color of the rocks, but you could tell it was due to the algae. When we asked about the membership prices he stated that they do not do the $10 memberships. I know this to be false because I know several people who have them. I could have possibly looked passed every thing else, but I don’t like being lied to to get someone to purchase a bigger membership. I do not recommend going there. I think I will just go back to Crunch.

Morgan was great with signing me up. Showed me around the entire gym signed me up for some things to kick start my fitness while making me feel comfortable & confident! Shawn & Dani we’re also so nice, it’s always weird as the “new kid” at the gym but they cracked some jokes and got some good vibes for the new gym place!
